Just got the following e-mail from Chanel US in response to my e-mail asking whether Byzance would be online:

i'm not sure on what i should do - i want the quad and lippie but feel like i have over hyped them in my mind.... i'm silly

I just rang Selfridges wanting to order the quad, they have a couple left. Delivery is £6 and the courier is DHL/Yodel........I had to ask the SA if she could put one aside for me to pick up tomorrow because orders go through to the delivery department and there was no definite way to ensure I got a tracking number!!

Apparently Nordies isn't going to get it since they just got the Anniversary special collection - so I was told to check Macys and Lord & Taylor.....which means I'll likely order it online. I'm going to get all four products - to heck with it. They're too pretty to pass up!

I didn't manage to get through today before I had to go out. Thanks for letting me know re: the shipping. Has anyone got a direct line for the counter, I was being put through via CS and do I just order from the counter itself? Also, how much is the quad now? Thanks in advance ladies, just makes it easier when I call tomorrow

The number for the Chanel counter at London is 02073183662 the quad costs £37, JCs cost £31 each and the RA costs £24
The store closes at 10 according to the website so you can still try now

Well in my mind our "local beaute counters" would include Nordies - so chalk up another one for misinformation, right? Let's hope the online part is right.

[/quote] Just the quad lovely, thanks for helping out - I would have been so sad not to get the quad! I got no nothing - no order no, or anything! I know I'll be a nervous wreck until it arrives! I would have ordered more but I ordered the chanel spring quint and a chanel glossimer whilst I was waiting and another juicy couture bag :shock: that's what happens when launches don't launch, I impulse buy :shock: She said it would be dispatched Monday as there's no dispatch on Saturday and it would arrive in a couple of days :eyelove:
