Bought Orange Pareo today . While I was there, I also tried on the 004 healthy tan bronzer. It looks really beautiful :-o. I wasn't really looking for it so I'm going to look for some reviews or recs before buying it. Are they good?

Regarding the bronzers, there's one blog post that really helped me to decide to get one of the new bronzers (managed to order 002 today. Yay!): Especially because I missed out on Aurora last summer.

Thanks for all the links to the bronzers reviews. Since my counters are not getting 002 and 004, and 001 and 003 looks similar, just that 001 is softer, I'll go with 001!

mjacqueline - The collection has hit our counters! I bought Orange Pareo already and will be picking up the 001 bronzer soon! The irritating thing is there are no 003 tester in some counters and no 001 tester in others. Each displayer only display one bronzer. That's Dior here, always weird about the testers and the products they choose to sell here.

I quite like the idea that this Dior one comes with a mini kabuki. The compact is also looks very pretty! Now I also want to compare it with the Chanel one this year. I could only get one bronzer so I want to make sure I love it. I think both would be different though. The Dior 004 Sunset would be more of a true bronzer/blush, while the Chanel would be more of a highlighter/blush. I just need to see which look I like better... Come on Chanel, release it in Europe already

Anneri, I'm going next week!! Also saw in sephora.fr the price of the bronzer is like 3.5 euros cheaper, so I might as well get it there *excuses*

. Also MAC brushes and stuff sometimes could be up to 9 euros cheaper

PS: Does anyone know if the bronzer would be perm or LE? When I checked on Sephora france, it didn't say LE (and so does Orange Pareo).. other gloss shade coming out in this collection is LE though

I found this website saying which items are LE. Orange Pareo and Gold Sunrise are LE, but the other 2 lip glosses are perm. It seems the bronzers are perm. Now if that is true, I don't have to hurry and buy the bronzer. Anyone knows if they are perm?

Astrid - I agree Chanel should release the collection already. There is a chance the chanel may be out today so I can see the collection tomorrow. If I buy this dior bronzer, I may pass chanel.

Hmm... so there's a possibility the bronzers are perm! Good. I could just wait for Chanel and see which one I like best then... I remember it says something like mid May so yeah maybe this weekend or next week... *fingerscrossed*

I finally picked up the bronzer in 003. I looked at 001 was am afraid it will not show up on me at all. I can't wait to play with them.

Hi! I picked up 001 yesterday. 001 is like a warm pinky beige while 003 is more peachy and sandy. I can't wait to wear it tomorrow. When I tried it on in the store, I like it much more than the Chanel bronzers. It lit up my face with a healthy glow. I think I can wear 003 too, and if I like 001 enough maybe I can consider getting 003 too. Have you seen the bronzers? Perhaps you can try them on before deciding? The SA who served me had pale skin and was wearing the green blue quint and she looked gorgeous! I'm pleasantly surprised that the quint can be worn so beautifully.

Yes, I saw the 001 bronzer and really liked it, probably get it, not sure yet. Glad to hear you liked it

I'm so confused with the 2 types of bronzers they came out with...are you guys (Miss QQ and bis) talking about liking 001 Honey or are you talking about the other type where the US only has 002 and 004 (Sunlight and Sunset)?

They are confusing, feels like homework. They brought out powders that can be used all year (uneven numbers) and traditional bronzers. The 001 is called Aurora (like last years) and it seems to be a pink-based powder, but less than it looks like in the pictures. I thought the 001 is healthy glow in a pan and the texture is great, not overly shimmery and still not matte.

i think asia is getting numbers 001 and 003

usa has only 002 and 004

I dont' know if you'll get all shades in the US, Aurora is light, normally it is suitable for fair or fair/medium skins. It is the lightest shade yes.

I love it. It is very finely milled and blends very well. The mini kabuki brush is surprisingly soft and wonderful to use.

I agree with mjacqueline, the powder is very finely milled. I am wearing 001 on my cheeks today without any blush or highlighter and it shows up beautifully. I think adding some highlighter above the cheek bones would be pretty because the shimmer of the bronzer is very subtle on the skin.

My counters didn't get the traditional bronzers, at least I didn't see them. Maybe I can look at the counter more closely next time.
