Hopefully, I will have decided if I NEED CYY by the time they re-stock because it was there this morning when I first started putting my order together. I accidentally put it in my cart, then removed it and Meteoric CSG (my girl in the MAC store is holding one for me) because I wasn't 100% sure. I'm more into getting the eyeshadow (which, thankfully I realize, is being released after pay day) and maybe a gloss. Then, I'm done until SS. I think...

Okay, I talked to 4 representatives total this morning. After I got the 2nd e-mail I panicked and called one last time. I would like to shout out to Corina because she was AWESOME. She was able to reinstate one of my orders since it just got canceled, so I got (some of) my CYYs! Idk HOW she managed to do it since it sold out about an hour ago, but it's been placed and ready for shipment.

I got the email this morning and checked and they were still there but I had already placed my order late last night with most of these other ladies. Did you place an order?
ETA: When the emails went out that's what probably pushed the stock over the edge. So many had been sold before they even sent emails out.

I was down to Zero CYY and panicked! That was not what I anticipated!
Corina explained that with the demand of the By Request lipsticks they had to be tighter on their policies, and where people CAN place multiple orders of more than 4, they've been keeping an eye on the quantities this round to make sure there is no excessive ordering for one account. She said the orders I placed in the past with Red Racer and Crew must have "slipped through the system" but more likely it was because there were higher quantities available of these products, and they anticipated restocks. She did say that to her knowledge, at this time, they don't expect to have a restock of CYY. She said there COULD be one, but she was told that they had all the amounts produced on hand and it was told there were "limited quantities" and not just "limited edition" with collection's past.
Idk why BOTH my orders were canceled, but she said it could have been with the tight quantities OR that there was suspected card fraud - she said most likely it was the former because she looked up my account and was like "wow, looks like you are a pretty loyal customer to us". I'm glad it got sorted out, now to wait for a shipment confirmation! Even though it's standard shipping
My PEARL order was canceled, so no expedited lippies for me! I'm elated I was even able to get one of my orders sorted out, though! And that the customer service rep I talked to was more than helpful in answering my questions!

I don't pay MAC with paypal. I did once and my order never went through and MAC never informed me. I had to call myself and figure it out because it was taking too long for my order to ship. They said something in the system went wrong and I just don't want to take that risk anymore with LE collections so I just pay directly to MAC.
