I saw the new collection today in Bloomingdales. I decided to get Lady lipstick, but it was sold out. I strutted over to Macy's and they still had it. I really like it and I LOVE the packaging. Think I'll go back for Marilyn. I also bought a gloss, which I think is an old shade but it was with the collection. That's how they get you! I don't care b/c it's been years since I've owned a Dior gloss.

I'm waiting around for my order of the Dior nude skin foundation. I've been staring at it online since it came out and I just decided to jump in. Can't wait to try it. I hope I ordered the right color. I got Dark Beige because Mocha seems really dark. We'll see.

I purchased 1 lipstick and 2 nail polishes from Grand Bal, just beautiful. I'll purchase the palette it's really gorgeous ! The price is 78 €, but it's worth the price. Everything is pretty : the packaging, the palette itself, the glosses and the eyeshadows. There is a black eyeliner too. Chanel is to be launched around November the 15th, well I thought it would be much earlier.
I really advise the Grand Bal Palette, it's so classy.

it is one of the best foundations i have tried. i have the old formula so i have no idea how is the new one, but i think you can't go wrong with it

Ugh, I am so disappointed! I got my Dior foundation and I was all ready to go. I was just browsing the ingredients on the box and I see may contain Bismuth Oxychloride. Why, why, why? First off, either it does or it doesn't, so which is it? Whenever I looked up the ingredients on this stuff, I never saw anything about it containing BO. I'm allergic to that stuff. I decided to be brave and try it. I have to say I got the right color. The finish is matte. I decided to try it on my cheek and chin to see if it would irritate me. It only takes about an hour for my skin to tell me something is wrong. I really like that it's buildable. I was able to build it up and cover some spots on my cheeks. Well, the bad news is that my skin starting twitching after about half an hour. I was just thinking to myself today how clear and smooth my skin has been lately. I have an awesome moisturizer. I hope this little test doesn't eff me up. So disappointing that this ingredient wasn't listed as a possibility before I bought it. It should be awesome for people who can tolerate it, though. Damn, I hate returns.

Shontay, Did you happen to look at the other lipsticks in the collection? I was wondering how Diorling and Marilyn looked and what kind of reds they are.

Diorling is a beautiful red, deep red and Marilyn ( the one I chose ) is pink red but more red than pink. The texture is absolutely gorgeous ( creamy and long wearing ), I recommand it for dry lips. I will probably take Diorling too. The 4 lipsticks are really pretty, Grand Bal deserves its name.

I love the colours in this collection, but I don't like the packaging - am I alone? I may pick up the combo palette though, even though I have so many Dior neutrals already. it just looks so pretty! I bought last year's huge travel palette, and then I realized that the eyeshadows were pretty much identical to the Stylish Move quint, so it's been sitting in my drawer untouched for a year

You're welcome. The quints are also beautiful but I haven't tried the texture yet. Sometimes Dior eyeshadows are a bit chalky, Christine from Temptalia gave a bad review of both quints, well as I said I've just seen them and the colours and shades look subtle.
The lipsticks are amazing, I a am a very " lipstick woman " so I really can say what's good in my own experiment. The Grand Bal lipsticks are just great. The nail polishes are so pretty ( I just took 2 ), but they're also more expensive than the Dior regular nail polishes ( a bit less than 24 € here each ). Sephora - 20 % is mostly welcome, all the more as I love Chanel Eclat du Soir !

I like the Rouge Dior formula, but only have one from last Christmas. I like the formula and packaging of RD much more than Dior Addict. I want to pick up a new Rouge Dior Nude, which Dior says is like a blush, but I don't exactly comprehend what it means. I thought maybe we can dab the lipstick on our cheeks too.
I have a sample of the new nude foundation in 020. Haven't tried it yet, and I have never really tried the old one because they only had samples in 030, which was too dark for me.

So, you are definitely not alone. Maybe because on promotional images it looked luxury and expensive I am not buying anything from the collection.
