Yay!

The AC goodies have been up since mid-late afternoon so I don't think it was a case of Douglas messing with the site. I hope AC and AG stick around until I decide what to do about them.

Are SR and PP all you're getting from this collection?
Probably so. I am trying to stick to a no buy, but it is hard. I guess I'll make it a less buy then and try to be a little more critical than the past year. Just told hubster, expecting him to get

, but he didn't get mad. So just happy atm.

I was just eyeing AG too, but if it is a lighter version of LY I'll skip. AC gets a lot of raves, but I am sure I wouldn't reach much for it. I prefer reds with a statement.
Aren't you NC15 too? If you decide to get AC and AG, I am really curious how much you like them, especially AG.

Yup, I think I'm NC15. Or thereabouts. Possibly a tad lighter though.

re: statement colour - that's precisely why AC wasn't in my buy-or-die list. I like my reds to be visible within a mile radius. The problem is, all my reds (except for Fire Sign) are like that. I thought AC would be a nice way to try out some demure versions.

re: Amber Glow - It's the shimmer that put me off buying it straight away. I haven't got LY so I don't currently have any (near) dupes in my collection. But I am going to buy both Pearlmattes from Archie and I have a feeling the Betty Pearlmatte may deliver a similar colour sans glitter. Heck, even Cream Soda may be close!

Either way, I'll be sure to shout from the rooftops what I think about both products if I get them

You've got a good point there. I try that too. I have VG Cyndi but I never reach for it somehow. That's why I skipped Fire Sign. Got Lady Bug. Same sh*t...

Yes, I am a bit weary of the glitter too. I am simply getting too old for sparkle fests ( so I hope SR and PP are do-able). I have the pearlmattes from Vera and those are lovely too. I'll probably get one or both from Archie too.
I'll keep my eye out for your reviews if you get them

They don't look that different, particularly since I'd apply them both very lightly with a fan brush. (Read: convince me they're near dupes). They're both beautiful.

EDIT: Who am I kidding? I want Redhead too! If anyone is heading to a CCO (there are none in Canada) and is willling to do a CP, please let me know. Please and thank you.

I wonder if on the NC20 skin will be visible, as a blush, hmm

I'm about NC22 at the moment, and it shows on me providing I tone down my natural redness (which isn't particularly pronounced right now). Having said that, I had to apply a couple of layers to have it serve as blush and then I found it too sparkly. I think of it more as a highlighter (like Light Year).

Thank you, I'm a little disappointed because I really wanted to buy it and use it as a blush. I have too much highlighters

There's nothing worse than wanting something badly and not being able to get it. Enjoy!

Wore hot chocolate yesterday with stripped-down liner and today with hip and happy, both looked good but I might have to try a mauve/purple liner.
Glad you're loving Hot Chocolate. I wore mine today with Mahogany lip liner (lightly) because I couldn't locate my Plum liner. I totally love Hot Chocolate which is mauve heaven on me.
