very disappointed in this collection, i dont know if imma do the next 1, (& isnt that supposed to be special cover or something), that's gonna be a mess!!!!!!! they would have done better to have it sold in stores, im still getting the box thingy but i bet they'll have no problem saying riri woo has sold out!!!!!! im disgusted

Got an order through! Ended up with a riri boy that I didn't want but I didn't want to keep waiting after timing out like 10 times. Waiting for my cancellation email from the order I placed before 12pm though.

I was in waiting room hell for 90 minutes on Firefox with 3 gateway timeouts. Try iPhone or Apple device. My order went through much faster.

I think its stupid to cancel orders because they ordered prior to 12pm est. When RRW launched I ordered 10 mins prior and it was fine. MAC is so full of it!

I'm sorry mac is doing this to you guys, the difference with RRW though is that mac officially launched it 13 mins earlier it wasnt just a link. Things are finally clearing up though, and since everyone's been stuck in the waiting room and many gave up I think you guys still have a chance

I got my confirmation email! Plus the money was taken out of my account...I betta get my lippie... When the order finally processed it showed that there were no products in my cart. I was about to be 38 HOT!!! I'll call in a little while to confirm my shipping address is correct, it shows an old address even though I chose the new one.
