It was so funny, hubs was so curious that he had to stand there to see if it was damaged. He's been keeping up with the lipstick drama lol

I just now saw that they emaild me yesterday. I don't check that mail address too often since it's not my main one. They did apologize that the collection sold out so quickly that not all orders could be fulfilled, and they are gonna send me a little gift in 2 weeks to make up for it.
I'm glad they stepped up to the plate this time, like I said this has happened before but I didn't get any email then.

Hahaha. It's so cute to read about the involvement of hubbys and significant others in you ladies' makeup tales. Love it.

I wonder what this means for folks like me whose orders are back ordered. I'm still meh on Heaux but really want Ririboy. Ah well, if I can't get it, I'll just go with UTA.

After receiving an email from MAC that only said they will try to send me a replacement in July (I don't have a problem with waiting...I DO have a problem with the word "try" versus "will") I called MAC again to hear a human speak and explain why I still haven't heard back from a supervisor. I still didn't get a supervisor on the phone but I was told that suddenly my notes said I requested a refund but would only accept it after I spoke with a supervisor which is not what I said at all. They said the note said I declined a replacement. Ummmm...who would deny a replacement of a product that they wanted but delay a refund? Oh MAC your CS really needs to get things together!

I'm located in Germany, so it probably doesn't have anything to do with what's going on in the US.

When my ups guy came yesterday, I asked if he could delivery my package for today in the morning because it was a meltable. He gave me a weird look (new guy) but he did deliver it first this morning. woot!

Im getting scared also :( Elegant-one im happy ur stuff came in 1 piece!! Naynadine, maybe the surprise will be a heaux?? Since they are back ordered til mid july over here in the us. Maybe theyll ship one out to u from here?

Honestly, Mac should have made enough lippies for this. The reason why we are all scared that our orders won't be fulfilled or replaced is quantity/stock. They need to stop feeding into their own egos and actually make enough lipsticks to go around.

Just when I think things in this mess can't get any worse! I'm seriously upset that the notes in my file would make such a ridiculous claim. Why would I be making such a fuss if all I wanted was a refund?
Yeah, I would be ticked too. Those calls are recorded so they could check, but who knows if they would. I hope you can get some resolve.

I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in the 'big corporate meeting' yesterday. I say the best resolve is to put the darn lipsticks back into production WITHOUT the grease, bumps, goops & cracks and give everybody what they ordered. Its really THE only way to make things right at this point. Don't even care if they have a contract with miss riri

That would be great, but I'm pretty sure they won't do that. I think they're sending out stuff that's left over from older collections or discontinued shades. That's what they used to do years ago (I got an e/s refill once and a nail polish another time), but I thought they stopped the whole gift thing. Looks like they brought it back with the mess being this collection. I bet they have to send out a lot of them this time, lol.

Oh, I reported that goofy cs guys that told me I shouldn't believe what I read (here) on the internet. He was wrong anyhoo about the Coming Soon blushes! She promised that they were going to look into who told me that

Well in the Netherlands some of us did get the same e-mail. So we will have to wait for July I guess... The lady at cs told me that a huge amount of people did not get anything from the Riri hearts collection unfortunately due to oversale... Because of a technical problem.....again. So let's hope we get something nice!
