I'm sorry you keep getting the fuzzy end of the lollipop on this one. MAC sure does keep dropping the ball on this one and shame on them for all these sub-quality lipsticks!

Yes I called them immediately. Amy (first time speaking with her) immediately offered to send ANOTHER one hoping that the 3rd times the charm. I'm not so sure about that but she was so nice and helpful that I agreed to give it another try. It could be worse so I'm not upset at this point lol

Called Mac about my broken lipstick & told them I called the Friday after the launch about my lipstick being broken & a supervisor was supposed to call me back within 48 hours & I had heard nothing from them. Just as I was about to start ranting over there bad customer service he told me the replacement was mailed today & I should receive it tomorrow, yay!!!! I'm so excited!!!

I hope I get mine

I finally got my shipping info today. My first two orders were cancelled and I placed my third order around 02pm pst. I work during the day so I always have my packages sent to my job. Fingers crossed nothing is wrong with my RRB and Heaux!

You are not alone .... I have two lipsticks (RRB and Heaux) on back order. I sent an email over the weekend just to confirm that there was an order that was actually being processed. The representative confirmed that the orders are being processed and there should not be any problem. My bday is tomorrow and the thought of getting a 'so sorry, too bad' email on my bday sucked.

It's funny you say that. I always think my recorded voice sounds nasaly. It's not how I imagine it in my head. I thought my voice was low. I also think I look like a man in many pictures and sometimes in the mirror.

I wonder if anyone is having this problem with melting and globs of wax on Ruby Woo seeing as it's a Retro Matte too.

I've been thinking of this for a minute, but I was too lazy to try until now. Anyone who wants Heaux, I think can settle for the MUFE Aqua Lip Pencil #19C. I don't have Heaux, obviously, but from everything I've seen in pictures, it seems pretty close. It's described as pomegranate pink, but it's a deep berry color (oddly it's deeper than the corresponding Aqua Rouge), it's matte and it doesn't budge. I tried to capture it in pics, but it always came out lighter than it looks in real life. Check it out, if you're interested. I think it's a pretty good dupe.

ok sooo i just called about what was that charge for the 3 lipsticks about..... they are sending me one of the orders that was cancelled before 12 pm!!! like really!!! all that fairness emails they have been sending out to people was for nothing because they basically are sending me the ones that was placed before 12 -_-

this order will have riri woo, riri boy and heaux. i dont think i will want riri woo since i have 2 already and plan on getting it with special packaging so if i decide not to keep it i'll just sell it in my sale thread in the clearance bin. Wow MAC you really don't know what you are doing huh


ETA: the lady on the phone asked me if i wanted them to have it rerouted back and im like no thats ok i can give to people that missed out and shes like yea sell it to them for high prices

im like is she for real?? lol and shes all laughing and stuff talkin about ebay. im like goodbye lmao
