Me too! Im excited for agents of shield too, and of course grey's anatomy! i was literally having withdrawal symptoms during the summer hiatus! I think I watch too much TV, im counting down days to PLL Halloween episode lol
I just recently got into Greys. Omg that show gets me everytime! I'm only on season 5
I got into Breaking Bad last season, which is late to the game - but wow - this finale season really puts most other TV to shame!   I mostly stick to the shows on HBO. Game of Thrones fan here, plus I've enjoyed Treme a lot. Boardwalk Empire was great, but this new season feels like it's totally lost its magic. True Blood is a major guilty pleasure.   I am REALLY looking forward to True Detective, the new detectives-in-the-south series with Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson - what a cast!!! :drools:
Game of thrones!!! Love! That and Supernatural are my show obsessions right now.

The new guy reminds me of Fabio, which is really hilarious - but he suits the role excellently. I definitely want to see Jason Momoa in more things - that guy needs more exposure (in every sense of the word :naughty: ) and I don't usually go for the muscle man type! He looks like he's very intelligent; not the first characteristic you see in a lot of actors, if you ask me. Lafayette is such a great role. I am curious to see what Nelsan Ellis does next - he's playing the god Dionysus in some sort of New York romance comedy coming up, but I think he could do much more. I usually hate trying to catch up on a huge cast of characters but the main problem is usually poorly written roles. I was really surprised I didn't get totally lost with Breaking Bad coming in at the end like that, but the actors are all so good and the writing is so tight, you get right into the swim of things.
Jason was on Stargate Atlantis! That's where I remember him from. Shows over now though. Def see if you can watch it. When I saw him on Got I was thrilled!

I bought my eldest daughter two of last year's holiday brush sets, and both are holding up fine. Are they the same quality as my regular ones? Probably not, but they're fine for an 18 year-old still fairly new to makeup. I have the Archie's brushes put aside for my almost 12 year-old for Christmas. They're adorable and certainly good enough quality for her to learn with. She's the household mini-beauty junkie. On her bedroom wall next to the One Direction Posters are homemade 'I love MacBarbie' and other beauty blogger ones. She's beside herself because I've told her that she's not allowed to wear anything other than lipgloss or light lustres until she's 13. She wears makeup to perform and is getting increasingly skilled at putting it on. I still help with her eye makeup (really just the fluid line), but she's got the rest down (better than her 18 year-old sister - too funny). Anyway, I think the sets can be a good option. I have the full-size brushes, but it's been expensive to collect what I have. I know my daughters prefer getting a set to a single brush, and it isn't such a tragedy if a brush goes missing in a dorm room setting. Worth checking them out in person, at least.
Far from it! :nope: There's an entire thread on the differences, and seeing as how you can get 4-5 brushes for almost the cost of one full-sized brush, the differences are huge!

Seriously! It's getting to be like a job! Just waiting to see what NBC & Fox will cancel this time around....they always cancel the good stuff.
Don't get me started on Firefly. I'll never forgive fox for that!

I'm very very late with GoT, House of Cards, Boardwalk Empire, Hemlock Grove. I don't have those cable stations because they are so expensive. I'm trying to catch up by watching online. It's hard to get into these shows so late because you don't have the time/patience to get to know the characters. I'm trying tho.

True about the dorm room setting - too much of my stuff got 'borrowed'!

The holiday brush sets were perfect when i started getting into make up. While yes, they're not as amazing as full sized brush, they certainly have their place. For me, they showed me that a stiff eyebrush is for cream products, fluffy longer hair brushes are good for a wash of colour and dumb things like that, the two holiday sets i brought helped me know what to look for when it came to buying real brushes. And they were so affordable on my povo graduate budget.

I still use mine, 5 years on, as my travel set. I travel a lot overseas and having a small set creates more space for new purchases!

I know they're not. :)

There's a time and a place for them though, and I do think they're fine for some purposes and people. As long as people know there's a difference and buy them understanding that, all good.

Off topic but...anybody know why we no longer have the option to give our posts different colors, etc? Makes me pretty sad.

If that rosy color in the neutral set is One of a Kind (Edit: I mean Looks Like Sin - One of Kind is the lipstick that went with it, which I also adore), I'm going to have to get it no matter what. That one became an all time favorite MLBB and I foolishly didn't back it up when I had the chance. I keep hoping it will come back.
It doesn't look red enough to be Looks Like Sin to me, though I wish it was. That was my favorite cremesheen gloss of all time. I have enough of it left for maybe 2 or 3 more applications and then I'm all out, so you know I'm using it sparingly!

Yes yes yes to all of these shows!!! I watch them all (or have high hopes for the ones that are new/haven't started yet). Although, like Naomi, I have to watch some of these via Netflix, or by going over a friend's house, or wait for them to come out on DVD, since I only have basic cable. I wish they would put season 2 of American Horror Story on Netflix already! The cast for season 3 is outrageous. Also, for any GoT fans, hubsters and I have recently gotten my mom into the show. So into it, in fact, that she upgraded her cable so she has HBO and can keep up with it when new episodes come on. This also allows her to watch season 3 on demand, even though it's not on DVD/Blu-ray yet. She's apparently up to episode 9 of last season, which anyone who watches the show knows includes the Red Wedding. She plans on watching it tonight. I expect a shocked/upset phone call later, lol.

As for this Divine Night collection, so far I'm feeling pretty "meh" about it. Hoping to see something exciting when we have the color story!

We have everything in original language, and we get most US shows more or less quickly. However, my faves are the British shows, detective ones especially. ATM we only have Luther with Idris Elba I think. I just hate when they show just a few episodes, and then there's a break again. But, in a few weeks we get the latest season of Downton!!

But we have to wait til April for new GoT. /pouts. I will have to content myself with Boardwalk and the White Queen.

Love Downton Abbey and I can't wait, sadly here in the states we don't get it until January. :(
