All of these look wonderful on you.  What foundation shade do you wear? I just called the Nars Bleecker Street store about this brush.  They said another shipment is due in next week.  I don't know if you just want a dupe or if you were settling for one because you couldn't find the Nars one.  But if it is the latter, more are on the way. So sorry I didn't get back to you but I kind of forgot.   You just might be on to something.  No pics but swatched on my hand Overspiced was slightly lighter and peachier.  Then I put 1 swipe of Overspiced on my top lip and 1 swipe of Revealing on my bottom lip. Revealing went on much more opaque than Overspice but when I did another swipe of Overspiced on my top lip both lips matched very well.  There may just be very little difference on the lips itself so maybe Overspiced may be what you are looking for.   I'm glad I dug up this gloss for you.  I can not believe how many of these creamy nude glosses I have. I really need to stop buying these type of glosses.  But when it is perfect, it is just   .
I was settling for one! I'm impatient lol. Thanks for letting me know, I shall wait then :)

I was feeling creative today and I took a different approach to the Magnetic Nude collection. Inspired by magnetism :) all products with exception of black eyeliner are from the MN collection. Please give thoughts, feedback and constructive criticism. Xoxo

Lol if she can walk out the house like that my cheeks are fine! I use shadowy it might be a tad to dark so I blend blend blend but I think the other would blend in with my skin

Soooo.. went to the counter today, because I was interested in seeing how Patina compared to Silver Dawn.Silver Dawn is incredibly soft and buttery. They don't quite match, Patina is lighter and is more golden greenish, and Silver Dawn darker and greyer. It was hard to decide but I left with Silver Dawn.
The fluidlines were pretty but I didn't get them. And the other thing I was potentially interested in was Magnetic Appeal, but I decided I didn't need it.
I might upload some swatches later.

Final haul from this collection:
Superb
Fairly Precious
Autoerotique
Silver Dawn

[@]erine1881[/@] Does MAC make contour powders dark enough for NW45^? I cant tell by just looking at the product online and Id hate to travel an hour away from my house just for that. TIA.
Fashion fair cosmetics sold at Macys has this beauty blush called "chocolate chip". Super deep and rich in color. Perfect for a contour for those that find MAC's blunt not working for them. It's listed as blush but I find it too dark but I think it's ideal for contouring for WOC with deeper complexions.

@erine1881   Thanks for your help! :kisses:
Any time dear! :winkiss:
@Erine Yes I agree I cringe too .. I tried it one time on myself and it looked off it looked like my face was dirty or something I hated. As it is I can't contour for the life of me and trying it with bronzer made it more unpleasant for me. What would you suggest for my NC30-NC35 skin? I had a Mac MA suggest for me to use Harmony blush to contour what do u think?? I do need that ITA brush my life :)
It's too warm with the rosy undertone. And yes girl, get that ITA!
I swear Erin needs her own "Ask Erin" thread because if I hadn't come in here I would have missed this contouring "tutorial" from our resident makeup guru.  You are THE best! I've been contouring and I'm pretty sure I have the technique down, but it never seems to show up on me.  Like all of my work kind of disappears once I add my setting powder, and it looks like I haven't done any contouring at all.  I feel like I spend all of that time doing it only for it to just disappear.  Erin how can I get my contouring to not disappear?    What am I doing wrong? I too am an NC50 for reference. I use the Sleek Face Form in dark, not just a matte blush, so I'm using a powder meant for contouring.  I know you're a mac girl, so here's a link to what I'm talking about just so you can see it: http://www.sleekmakeup.com/face-form-contour-dark Should  I set my foundation, THEN contour?  And so as not to hijack the thread, lemme get back to why I came here... . I used MA today, just to test it out.  I loved the glow it gave my cheekbones, but since I had someone waiting on me, I needed to hurry the heck up, so I wasn't able to really build it to see what it could really do.  I also didn't like the brush I used to apply it.  My 128 brush is sitting in the mailroom at my job, I'll get it on Monday. I didn't even get a chance to take a picture, I was being RUSHED!
:lmao: about that thread! As for your contour, I'm wondering if your skin is just eating the powder :hmm: Some people's skin just eats some kinds of makeup. It could be a certain ingredient in the makeup like mineral vs none, or it could be a certain placement in the face that eats it, and its usually the cheeks that do it. Try setting your foundation first with a powder and then applying your contour. If you notice the same thing happening, you might need to switch to applying a cream contour first and then lightly apply your current powder contour on top of that (the same concept as setting a foundation with a powder-to lock it in place.

Yup, Definitive is the darkest one, and that'll work for your colouring.
Ok, thank you for being so awesome and knowledgeable! So contour's need to be grey-toned. What are some you would recommend for an NC40?
I try! Shadester for an NC40 as well.
:bigthumb: YESSSSSS! What a great idea    :agree: but...you guys can't flirt with her...she's taken :sneaky: :roflmao:
:naughty:
Ha ha!  I'm sure I'm not the first person to suggest it.  But I'd imagine that would take up a LOT of your time Erin.  Folks gotta just stalk your posts or something, to find all these hidden gems of information.  I might have to start doing that, who knows what else I've missed in another thread I'm not looking in!  :haha: #crazystalkerlady Oh!  I had one more question for Erin then I swear I'll leave you alone.  In that video you said you agreed with her up until like 7:30.  What were you not ok with about her contours on the upper part of her face and what would you suggest?
I don't mind at all hun! What i didn't agree with was when she said that if you contour your cheekbones, that you HAVE to contour somewhere else on your face as well. NOT TRUE! the point of contouring, and highlighting, is to reshape your face. If parts of your face don't need it, you don't have to do it. That's the problem with this whole Kim K contouring thing that everyone on IG/YT is doing. They're all contouring the exact same way, no matter what their face shape is, and it distorts their face! You've got people with slender noses contouring the sides making them even more narrow, people with low foreheads contouring their hairlines making it look like their hair starts at their eyebrows, jawline, temples...it's all the same. Contouring is to be done based on ones face shape, and to say that it HAS to be done because you did in another spot is incorrect. Same for highlighting. If you naturally have cheekbookes out the wazoo, you're not gonna contour and highlight them just because you already contoured your forehead, otherwise you're gonna look like an alien! You're gonna contour them IF your face shape suggests it needs them based on the desired look you're going for. There's nothing wrong with only contouring/highlighting one area of the face. Nothing at all.
Please tell me that "contour" is photoshopped and didn't really happen.
Oy! So much wrong with that picture! :eek:hboy:
I thought they discontinued this brush? I wonder if any of the Nars counters have them.......
Nope, just sold out big time!

The larger Ita brush is discontinued, but the smaller one is still part of the permanent line. My local NARS boutique still had them in stock when I called last week.

I don't know. I just heard about this brush on the boards and checked some sites and saw it was out of stock. I figured the store might have it. I just asked for the Ita brush. I don't even know what Ita means. I hope there is only one kind of Ita brush. I hope I got the right information. I'd hate to steer anyone wrong. Too late to call back tonight.

THANK YOU @erine1881 and @Yazmin !

@Icecaramellatte I did a search for it to see of they had it online anywhere and the image search showed a shorter version and a longer version. @Yazmin said that the shorter version is still available. I guess it comes down to personal preference and hand size? I'll take the smaller one, as long as it does its job.

I have the longer one so I'm interested to know how the shorter one works out!
