UPDATE:

Sephora package arrived.

A couple things:

Bite Beauty Lip Cream's wands look very weird to me. I know they're a lipstick, but pulling them out of the tube they look.. dry.

Secondly, Crush looks absolutely nothing to me like it does on T. It looks to be a completely different coral than I thought which kinda bugs me as the colour on her lips is the one I wanted and due to my low-buy I'm not buying Toying Around from Playland.

OCC Skin Conceal really is unbelievably pigmented and I can't imagine anyone ever using up a whole one.

The Sephora "Escape To Rio" lipsticks - I think Sephora sent me one of the wrong ones. Maybe, I'm not sure.

I ordered "Coral" and "Fuschia" and they only had the choice of the 4, the colours which can be seen in @PixieDancer's photos but the names don't correlate from the tubes to online. We assumed I'd gotten Flamingo and Hot Bikini as "Orange" (which we presumed was Samba) was sold out online.

Well in my package.. I got Samba and Flamingo. The thing is, when you look on the Sephora website, Fuschia looks more purple. Not pink. So I'm thinking they sent me a different one - though god knows which is wrong! I assume Flamingo.

I'll have to call them but because I'm an international customer I highly doubt they'll ship me out the correct item.

Bright side: I'm happy with the colour of Bordeaux Lip Cream swatched, though I'll have to test it on my lips to be sure. Musk is pretty, but I'm not sold on it being a must-have for me until I lip swatch. Shall have to see.

I agree 100% about this. I was told you are supposed to purse your lips around the wand. Like you are smooshing your lips together and drag the wand over your lips like that. I have yet to do that. I still use it traditionally. You're supposed to get an even coat when you do that. I get an even coat the other way.

When I got Crush I thought oh no b/c the formula looks dry on the wand and I already have dry lips. I find it to be really comfortable, though. The wand makes it a bit difficult to get a nice line around the edges of my bottom lip so I have to do cleanup when I'm done. Also, a lot of product comes off on my lips no matter what so I blot. The color is gorgeous and bright. I'd say it's brighter on me than on Temptalia, but the color for me is still true to what she showed (and that's good b/c that's why I bought it). This is a color I need to wear with a full face b/c it's attention grabbing for sure.

I put that Radiant Light Powder in and out of my bag so many times during the sale and ended up leaving it. I'd much rather get the palette than a full on single compact.

exactly!!! i had passed on the single ones too but then when i thought the palette would neveeeer come back i said phk it on the last day of the sale n got radiant (and kept dim in my love list) but u can best belieeeeve im taking it back n wait on the palette i just ordered. crazy cuz yall know they had the guerlain sample pearls and JUST as i was about to complete my order it says it went out of stock!!!

LOL. Unfortunately, I know the feeling oh too well. In fact, I was just about to place an order on Ulta.com because they not only had the gift bag filled with samples on a $60+ order, but also a full-size (4 oz) bottle of It's a 10 miracle leave-in plus keratin. I purchased that exact item a few weeks ago for $20 so that was a no brainer...until they put up that friggin sold out sign. Dammit!

I skipped a few scents during the 15% off figuring it would be better to get makeup and get the fragrance then. Well, I really don't even need points. I have a obscene number and never seem to use them. This is leaving me less time to save. Maybe I'll just get one scent. Anyway, the event is Thursday 4/24 - Sunday 5/11.

You can always do a return without a receipt and get store credit that you can use on the fragrance you're wanting to buy.

ahahahahaha... hahaha.... ha.... ha.... sephora strikes again. We could bring up the sample size doesn't match up... but I'm sure the reply will be "sorry for the confusion~" At least they shouldn't have misled us. I don't think this is enough to really try out either.

Me too! I was looking around on the site for a bit trying to convince myself that I needed something just so I could get the sample. Fortunately, I reminded myself that my money needs to be going to new MAC collections coming out soon.
