Mine arrived earlier. Wearing DG atm w/o any other makeup lol. Been cleaning up so my friend can visit tomorrow. First time having her at my house.

I am really loving DG. I can see why it is so popular.

The color is right up my alley.  I have Royal Sunset that looks almost like a dupe from the pan.  They are both satins but RS is much chalkier, where as cheeky bugger feels much creamier and it also looks and applies much smoother.  Top to Bottom: Cheeky Bugger NYX Dolly Pink LL with Dodgy Girl on the right side NYX Tangerine LL with Riot House on the right side NYX Rose LL with Riot House on the right side. I'm really happy with all 3 of my items.  I am just going to have to work with RH to make it work.  Straight out of the tube, it doesn't work because it doesn't stay put.

I took out DG to play with it today and see what I could do with some of the Lipglasses that I had laying around and I am super excited to report that it is beautiful with so many different gloss overs! (It is beautiful on it's own as well!) definitely the star of the show this collection! Here are some of my fav. versions. I softened it by applying balm, and patting it over. I applied it plain. I glossed over with VG Nicki 2 LipGlass, and then I tried it glossed over with Going Casual Cremesheen Glass (my most favorite one!) This lippie is so versatile & I am so glad I went ahead and got it. (As I originally thought about passing on it)

I received my goodies last Friday. I haven't really had much time to play in them other than just quick swatches. I can't wait for my day off to really play around. I have however worn CB and bad boy packs a lot of punch.

Ok, now that (oh geez, I forgot who said it) said how versatile Riot House is, and how it can be layered. I'm wondering if I should have got it when I had the chance. Were there any dupes?

is bad that a lipstick that cost $17.50 without taxes, needs a second lip product to make it work. DG is so amazing that works alone or combined with other product. I wonder if it is worth keeping something that needs so much work.

is amazing is the best msf for my skin tone, it doesn't have that orange muddy look that other bronzer give me, I am an nc15 and I tend to oxide my cheek products, so this is better a natural and beautiful look for my skin type. If you can get it, do it, you won't regret it.

To me, Yes. Most days I use more than one product anyway. I have Patent Polish, Mineralize lippies, and Huggables for the evening, weekend, and no full mu days. To me, a matte lipstick is always hard to be a swipe and go product. DG is the exception and there are a few exceptions like Mehr, EO, and one or two from the Retro Mattes.

I hear you, if we use more than one product by choice is up to us. But have to use many products to make rh work is a little disappointed, is such a beautiful color but the formula is what many people have been complaining. I used in synch LL with both sp and rh and it worked, but sp works by itself if you wanted to slap the color in your lips if you want to get the true color that is on the lipstick. But if it works for you is great.

To me, it is quite a bit like CYY v.1, TTT, and even Pink Plaid in formulation. It is just that formula with the light color that makes it a bit harder to wear. I had to work with all of those too. RM and the not true to matte formulation of DG and some other lippies has spoiled us I am afraid.
