I love Dior Star, it's seriously my favorite foundation ever. I'm in the shade 10 - I've only ever worn NW10 in MAC Studio Fix Fluid and Dior Star is a tiny bit darker so I would say it's probably right around 15, and it's not especially pink or yellow toned so you should be fine! It's literally the greatest foundation ever and perfect for dry skin.
Here are some pics of Dior 10 and Mac Studio Fix Fluid in Nw10:

Dior is on the left & Mac is on the right, Mac is obviously a lot more pink but dior isn't yellow enough that it looks weird on me at all

hi beauties!

does anyone know when the VIB sale is? I know people are saying mid novemeber but isn't the sale usually anywhere from 5 - 7 days after the friends and family? Is there anything confirmed as of yet?

I'm torn  I really want to purchase Marc Jacobs Dot. I'm almost out of my rollerball, but I really don't like the design of the bottle. I've been smelling Dior Freche lately and I like that but my heart is set on Dot. Advice?? That's weird isn't it? Packaging plays a big role. Lol.

I currently have around 450 points that I have been hoarding since last year. I was planning on popping into the Sephora near me to at least get color matched in the MUFE foundation, but maybe I will see if they can recommend some different products as well.

I have the Dior Star too and I really like, but how do you apply yours? I bought the Dior Backstage Blender and I don't think it does it justice.

Ask for several samples; it's not enough to get matched in the store. I'd want to wear it around for a few hours, see how it holds up (does the coverage last?), whether it oxidizes, how it looks in pictures, etc. If you tell them it's for your wedding I can't imagine that they won't be willing to help.

I agree...some foundations I love when I first wear it, and then its not so great a few hours later. Sephora employees are really nice usually about providing samples if you want to try it over a couple days.
