Hey, I checked my order this morning for the Givenchy Voile Rose & there was NOTHING! No tracking & it said permanently out of stock

So I called CS right away & she said its only showing nothing because they were closed that day
huh2.gif
the 11th. They closed Veterean's Day? Anyhow she said she is sure that I will be getting it. Plus she gave me my 500 points.

Ugh I wish but it was crumbled all over my floor into microscopic pieces. And gathering it up and pressing to back together would've probably included dust, chip crumbs, etc lol. maybe if i had a friggen inch of spare room on my desk/"vanity" i wouldn't drop stuff on a daily basis ha.

Damn! I'm really sorry that happened. I had a 120 eyeshadow palette that I love and the same happened. The shadows were all mixed up after it dropped so there was no hope there either not to mention the dust and whatever else lol. Luckily it was only one section but it was still upsetting none the less.

I have 2 orders like that one from 9 th even!! :cry: I really don't want to call them and hear the same " sorry it's the huge volume blah blah blah"

Is NM's CS and shipping good, [@]elegant-one[/@]? I've never used them.
I always use NM whenever possible compared to nordies bec I get free 2 day!! I have never had issues with any of my orders yet and I order a loooot lol!! Their cs is also pretty good and there is 24/7 chat option too!!

[COLOR=0000FF]  I love the way it looks on---I have a ton of blush but nothing like this one.  I got the TF cheek brush and I merely tap the brush to the blush and BAM---it really hugs the product.  It's insane![/COLOR]
It is!! I have to be very careful with it too if I am not aiming for clown cheeks :lol:

I had a live chat with their CS today and it took 13 mins to get a response other than the scripted "I'll be with you in a moment" lol and the response was not the same style as Nordies or Saks (although it can get irritating when you are trying to find out when something is coming at Nordies and the BS is telling you she's excited to get it too but she has no info for you lol). She seemed unsure so I was a bit iffy. Ah, well. I'll keep your favourable experience in mind. I saw the free shipping, so that's good!

Oh really??? I have to say I have used chat more to find out stock in stores if something is out of stock than anything else. And so far I haven't had any issues!! Wow 13 minutes is pretty long though :(

I was glad it wasn't a phone call lol but then I wouldn’t have stayed on the line For one experience it wasn't so off-putting except not sounding sure about the response. And I was asking about something that I would think would be a common query for new customers. That made me think twice about placing an order. But I will surely consider your experience.

That was another aspect of it that totally surprised me. I put a tiny bit on one side of the brush and blend it with the other side of the brush.
Otherwise I would look like a clown.
