Oh this BLOWS!!! I lose my voice on the day I need to make phone calls to find out which Los Angeles stores will carry this collection!!!!! Can anyone help me out and pm me if any stores around Glendale/Los Angeles/hollywood area will for sure have this besides the pro store??? ETERNALLY GRATEFUL!
I would go off of what the MAC CS says versus the stores. Stores have a history of the following;

1. Lying to keep limited items to the employees.
2. Not aware of current collections or any collection past or present.
3. At times are completely clueless about any and everything MAC.
4. Nobody knowing whats going to release other than store management.

I called this location and spoke with a manager, she stated they will have it tomorrow:

Glendale Galleria, 2119 Galleria Way, Glendale, CA 91210
(818) 244-0081

Please, Please, Please, Please yall do not listen to these ppl that answer these phones in-store.

Mac online CS is guilty of the almost all the same things...I've learned to only trust the sources on this forum, rarely have they ever been wrong.

Oh wow! Thanks for the information. I've been lurking this thread for a bit and am really lusting after LJ. I also think it would be a nice gift for my sister for her Birthday. (Although its a a couple months away she enjoys going through my stash of lipsticks lol )
Thats really disheartening that release dates such as these can be cut throat.

I guess its the luck of the draw. I always seem to get knowledgeable reps. They have yet to let me down on information yet. Just like any other job, they're gonna be some ppl there just for the paycheck.

I am torn between items from the BBW and Cinderella collection. I want Summer Opal but I have Petticoat MSF. I'm also considering getting the BBJ Pearlfusion palette. I never tried the kind of eye shadows before. Are they worth trying out and/or getting?
I caved and bought them because it was so pretty.  But I won't get it until tomorrow so I can't say if I like it.  I got both powders from Cinderella and the BBW one (it's the one make-up item that I don't own).  I like Coupe d' Chic from Cinderella best just by looking at it.  I haven't swatched them yet (too busy being nurse to my kitty).  When I get the BBW powder I can swatch them for you but I'm a super pale skin tone so I don't know how helpful that will be.
That would be very helpful. Thank you!

omg these pics are drool worthy
Seriously, that blue polish looks gorgeous in the bottle but MAC-A-HOLIC said it didn't apply very well and she had to use like 4 coats for it to show up. I want it but I can't justify it just being pretty if the application is gonna be poop.

I'll know tonight, that baby is going on as soon as I get home! :eyelove:

Forgot to include Colourpop Brills in the swatches. They are very similar (on me). LJ has a pinker base, Brills has a greyish-mauve base which makes it look cooler.

PS. They both oxidize on me. Brills turns on the greyer side and LJ turns to the pinker side.

Not sure this has already been discussed - what is a good brush for use with the bao bao iridescent powder? Fan brush? Or something more dense?
Something softer. Fan brush, duo fibre. A denser brush is going to apply it too opaque and kick up a lot of powder.
I really prefer a denser brush to be honest. With a fan brush it barely showed up, and I'm pretty fair right now. I used my bronzer brush and applied it as a bronzer and it looked great.
