Mine magically appeared with a missed delivery 6 days after the label was created and no tracking updates in between. Hopefully yours will suddenly show up too!
Oh I really hope so!! Kind of really annoyed that both my packages are MIA! :(

I know it's probably immature, but my response would be: "Then it seems it would be unwise to have packages sent through this facility."

Not sure if that's in their control-- but seems kinda... "eh" that they know this facility is slow at processing and updating tracking. It gives a lot of unnecessary frustration and confusion to the customer. Not to mention: their shipping is already relatively slow. Why not nix that facility and ship a different route? (Again, I have no idea if that's actually possible LOL)

Hope it arrives safely soon!!!

Ack! I want to get Forget the Fruitcake before they stop selling it but every time I order something, Colourpop releases another thing I want. Maybe I should wait. Maybe not? I don't know what to do.

First World Colourpop Problems. :p

I just got my Colourpop order and wowww. I'm in love with their blushes. I just love the feel of them. I don't like really powdery feeling blushes and these remind me of like a fluffy mattress?? Does that make sense? No? Lol. I love the lippies as well, but I'm not gonna like the blushes stole the show for me. Pigmentation on everything is fantastic, like I expected, and despite the shipping craziness I still want to place another order asap.

they have been really good in the past at announcing when something is no longer going to be in stock.. I wouldn't worry too much

Colour pop emailed me back saying they can send another package as a "one time courtesy" lol I'll take it
While that's great they're sending you a package, I really dislike how they worded it as a "one time courtesy." I'm sorry-- that's ridiculous to basically blame the customer that the package is lost. To me, that's insinuating they don't have 100% trust in their customer. They can see the tracking straight up and see that it was never delivered! Sigh. Maybe I'm just being hyper sensitive. It's poor word choice IMHO.

No I feel the same way when they first emailed me all they said was " hey Hun oh no! What's the claim number" lol when I read it my first thought was do you think I'm Lieing about filing a claim? I think they think I stole the package and I'm trying to pull a fast one on them because when u track it it says delivered in or at mailbox but I swear on my life I didn't receive anything

I believe you! That is really frustrating for sure. Good customer service is "the customer is always right," point blank. I can understand asking for a claim number, just to verify. Because you have to go through certain steps to claim a lost package. Last time I tried to do that with USPS they gave me a hassle... and low and behold my package magically appeared. So, a claim number for sure shows the package is lost. I'm sure a bad seed can fake a claim number, but USPS does an investigation with claims so they might somehow figure that out.

& I know I'm just being nit-picky now... but I really don't care for how they answer their CS emails. (Spotify does the same type of thing!) I don't know if they think it's appearling or is part of their cutesy marketing scheme, but it comes off unprofessional to me-- like I'm speaking to a 15 year old. Especially when it has to do with a lost package, which is a pretty serious "oopsie." I guess I'm old fashioned and also have to be super professional in my contacts with people via email because of my field.

Can you tell I've had little sleep? LOL I'm so sorry for ranting.

When was your package shipped? Glad they're at least trying to resolve it.

Oh no. I hope they can fix it for you
I hope it actually moves like They mentioned albeit slow :sigh:

I wondered the same!! Looks like that would be the senders PO? Bec that's the first point of transit!! Or it could be the sort facility that they have no control over!! :dunno:

The Goleta facility is a major USPS sort facility for Southern California so I don't know if it can be avoided unless CP changes carriers. I'm not sure if they changed the particular type of USPS service (e.g. First Class vs. Priority vs. Express) they use if it would help to avoid this particular facility.

I hope that everyone gets their packages safe and sound (and quickly)!

Lol I don't mind when they are cute but when I'm emailing about a lost packaging that I spent my hard working dollars on it doesn't make me feel better when I see the cute cuddly words I actually get pissed off like I'm being taken as a joke but im also pretty dramatic so there's that lok
