Yeah, it's awesome. It felt pretty good... but I'm still worried it might get cancelled. I just got a notice that I'll get my order in multiple shipments (I had to order Dior's Carre Bleu Nail Polish to get free shipping). I really hope I actually get Summer Opal. I hope all this excitement isn't for nothing.

Aw thanks! It's technically my husband's side of the family, they're from La Perla, Chihuahua, Mexico, then when they shut down the mine everyone ended up in Chihuahua city, Delicias, Camargo and Ojinaga. And St. Paul, Minnesota :p But I am with them 24/7. In MY side of the family I only ever see my parents, my sister and my grandma. And I really only spend time with my mom and grandma out of those four because my dad and sister are super busy. But my husband's family is like the family I never had. I ADORE them. I've gone like 6 months in a row at a time where I don't think I EVER ate at home. They only live ten minutes away, I sleep on their couch, I eat their food, I leave my dog there, I spend all holidays and weekends there, I even bring the kids to work and school with me lol And it's not even because they live close by, I spend a month at a time with his mom down in Mexico, they're just the best people ever. It's like I can't remember what it was like before I met my husband because it feels like I grew up with them.

Oh I hate when they do that... That HAS happened to me before, where they just notify me once in a while that something is still backordered and then cancel it :( But that usually happens with clothes when it's like something that was on sale because it had been on a shelf for ten years and they were selling the last bit of stock for crazy reduced prices... Fingers crossed that they didn't miscalculate and they actually have the stock they sold!!!

Somehow I've been missing posts from you guys... Like I think I respond to every email notification but then I scroll back through this and people were talking to me and I didn't know! I wasn't ignoring you!!!! I think my gmail account is doing that thing where it stacks emails and it looks like I only have one but it's because it stacked two together with the same notification. I have missed some SERIOUSLY important messages from my boss that way.

Yeah, I'm kind of expecting the order to be canceled just because of the wacky ship date and if it does end up going through I'll be over the moon. I want to temper expectations though because I don't wanna be too bummed out if I don't get it. I figure, if I REALLY had to have it I would resort to ebay, but the fact that I'm not willing to go that far means I can live without it. After this frenzy I'm sure MAC will be savvy enough to come out with another lavender.

I don't think it will be cancelled at least not for you guys whose money is being withheld. I think it will be shipped before the eta. I'm worried though mine though since money isn't being withheld maybe tomorrow morning. I think it's a very popular color and there will be lots of similar lippies in the future.

When I joined I had to create a Specktra folder then filter the email notifications to go in there so they don't get lost. I know, I'm a nut.

You have your Gmail in conversation mode, I HATE THAT. Outlook has it too and I had to change it for work. You can definitely miss emails that way.

Oh and I thought you were ignoring me, I thought you didn't like me asking if you were Hispanic. Hahahaaa! Because you responded to other posts after that.
