I said why don't you just send it to me...nope. Then she said just go to the store & get it. I told her that I do not live anywhere near a Sephora.

because you spend so much $$$ Sephora they don't want to make life easy for you! The truth is they hide the button w/the hope that no one will remember to request the itty bitty lipstick.

I think there's a lot of interest in it.

Yessss! I would love them to come out with something like that!

Yes, we did. Points to note: 1. Temptalia has sneak peeks of them up. 2. You need the shade 1993!!
I read somewhere in another thread that Mac's Uninterrupted is being discontinued!
yes, I heard that.. There is a girl on YT who works for Mac ( Allison Wilburn is her YT channel) and she said in one of her videos that Uninterrupted is being discontinued.

I might end up getting a back up of it.

I re-qualified for Rouge in April and I never had the option of getting the welcome gift either.  I was sent an email informing me that I re-qualified, but it did not have any info on the gift. I made several purchases in store since then (both regular Sephoras and JCP Sephoras) - no one ever brought up the rouge gift.. UNTIL last week - I had forgotten about it and at a JC Penney Sephora - the girl asked me if I had received my gift for re-qualifying...and she hooked me up.  I kept meaning to call CS about it, but never got around to it. You have spent $1k + in less than a year.. they should have sent you it ASAP as soon as you called..via two-day shipping.. I swear Ulta has a WAY better loyalty system... yes, I heard that.. There is a girl on YT who works for Mac ( Allison Wilburn is her YT channel) and she said in one of her videos that Uninterrupted is being discontinued.    I might end up getting a back up of it.
Totally agree about ULTA. That's why I stepped up my game with them and qualified for platinum. I only get high end stuff from Sephora or products that are Sephora exclusives. ULTA has saved me much more money with their perks and coupons. I just got a backup of Uninterrupted but I may get another one since I use that shadow more than any other one in my collection. I think thats the only shadow that I've ever hit pan. I hate that it's being discontinued.

Yes, they do! I once had a manager tell me that if I had anymore "issues" they would block me from buying online and I would only be able to shop in store. Mind you, the "issues" has NOTHING to do with me. First, an item was missing from my SEALED box and then I received a broken item that spilled out during shipment to or three orders after that. I told her if she banned me from online she could just delete my account because I wouldn't step foot in Sephora ever again. The nerve! You will ban me because YOUR warehouse employees didn't pack my orders correctly and securely? How is that my fault?? Oh right, it's NOT!

What?!! That's crazy. I've heard a number of people say that if you open a dispute with your bank (for any reason) that they will place a hold on your account. Sephora has a funny way of doing business. They need to get it together!

Edit: It said banned earlier so I thought it was permanent. Did they eventually lift it? Either way, I think they're crazy.

they sure did lift it after i talked to their fraud department
i was so pissed

it was their fault and they made it look i did something wrong like how could i dare file a dispute against them?

I'm glad they came to their senses. Whoever is writing their company policies needs a swift kick in the rear.
