Oh, I called chanel cs today because of a technical glitch & my BU Belgravia ls got canceled by accident.
So I reordered it last night (boy would I have been mad had it sold out) but called today just to be sure about what happened. Anyhow, the cs guy is looking in my order history & says, "the girl got confused the other day because I see you have so many orders"
really?
I laughed in the phone & said, "well, is that a bad thing?"
he said no no no, not at all.
And, I also forgot to tell you guys that when I had cs on the phone the other day when I mentioned the 'charms', I mentioned to her that it would be nice if Chanel offered some different samples at checkout, like small sample size different color lip or eye liners.
