You could also check the sales threads as quite a few people sell their authentic NARS there

Quick Question:
I recently received a NARS duo in a swap that I'm not sure is real or fake. What makes me suspicious is that on the back of the duo, the sticker is not square like my duos I've bought from Sephora, but it has rounded corners. The sticker itself also has different information than my other duos.
It says the following:

Name of the duo
NARS logo and TM symbol
Distributed by
Agora Cosmetics, Inc.
Net Wt. 0.14 OZ. (.4 G)
Made in USA

What made me suspicious other than the rounded corners was the Agora cosmetics, inc. I only have a few duos (all purchased in the last year or so), so I'm not sure if this is a old duo issue or not.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks everyone, this thread has been very helpful. I guess I was naive thinking that NARS wouldn't be faked as much as MAC

I am just getting into NARS and wanted to try their blushes so now I know I will only buy from Sephora or Nordstrom, ect.

I was wondering if anyone knew if the Blush Duos are faked? Someone on another website wanted to trade with me and I am leery of it because she said she doesn't have a camera so no picture of the duo. And she has no feedback. Think I will just buy it from Sephora.

I've noticed something that might spark some controversy here... I've received my Yachiyo brush directly from NARS (ordered online directly from narscosmetics.co.uk, I'll post picks in two or three days). I also have a NARS counter in my city (Selfridges in Birmingham). The MA's here have brushes that they use on display in a sort of tumbler. The Yachiyo brush there is DEFINITELY not the same brush I received. Mine's wrapped in wisteria and soft, whereas they use a Yachiyo wrapped in reed that is quite scratchy.

What am I to make of this? Do they use lower-grade brushes for everyday purposes and application because the real deal would be too expensive? The production of both lower-grade and high-grade brushes must be very cheap anyway, since they're all made in China.

By the way, this is the Albatross / Orgasm duo I bought. There's the 'container made in Italy, modelle depose' on it. But it is GENIUNE, straight from narscosmetics.co.uk:

Here it is:

Hope this helps!

PS: I don't know why it doesn't let me post pictures as they are. They aren't exceeding size limits (640x800, right?)

Now after reading this whole thing I am going to stick to buying my NARS products from Sephora only (NARS doesn't ship to Canada

) It seems that even swapping for it may be a risk. It may be expensive in the end but a much safer route to go.

NARS MAKEUP ARTIST 10 COLOR 402 EYESHADOW BLUSH PALETTE

ive been a crazy nars fan since 1999, that is fake. there are no palettes that are all eyeshadows on both sides. the eyeshadows are alwasya rectangular in the palettes, the squarer ones would be lipsticks. and the square lipsticks are always on the right. DEFINITELY fake!
