Only in the US. Check out Au ebay.... AU ebay are completely useless at their jobs - no matter how many times you report they keep allowing counterfeit listings in spam volume!!

About the swedish seller - she is infringing a number of copyright issues by using your pic for her auction - report her!

She's just using the photo, so that's something. The link capmorlovesmac posted is the right one to report it, but I'm afraid I don't have an account at the site either. Maybe one of the Swedish girls around here could help? I only know about SQUALLID and Purity, and I'm sure there are others as well.

omg cheryl I'm sorry that this happened to u. I guess people will do anything to fool others and take their money. Maybe someone can report them and get em shut down.

I was finally able to log into their site and reported her. I also reported her via U.S. ebays site. Then a swedish buyer also reported her so hopefully they will do something soon and more sweden buyers will report her. These sellers don't care about anything, stealing pictures, selling fakes and putting god knows what on peoples eye's that can damage their vision. I don't see how people can do this and not care about someones health, they have no idea what's in the fakes...all they care about is "money".
I met a real nice gal in sweden that runs a forum and she's helping and like many of us try's very hard to report the fake sellers.

I'm an eBay seller but I sell mine at a cheap price to have everything sold asap. Is this bad? Should I raise my prices? I'm not selling fakes but I dont want potential customers to stray away just because they think its fake because its cheap.

Also, should I start putting "Guaranteed authentic or your money back"?

I would have no problem doing that, but what if a buyer states that its fake and wants a refund? When I sure as hell know they're not (I obv. get my stash from my own same supplier). What happens then?

Just wondering where and what sort of supplier did you get your stash from?

Has anyone ever heard of MAC 3D Glasses, Lip Varnishes, or Chromeglasses being faked? I mean, they didn't do that well marketing wise, so I don't understand why anyone would want to fake these. I'm having to jump through hoops to prove to a buyer that all of my products are guaranteed authentic and the truth isn't working. So I'm not sure what else I can do. If I can let her know that there hasn't been an instance where anyone has seen these faked, that would be somewhat helpful.

Oh, and she wanted me to refund her + shipping but won't be returning the products back due to hygienic reasons because she used them all.

Thanks everyone!

P.S. Sorry if this isn't the right forum for this. I will gladly move this post if it isn't.

Oh wow, I can just tell she's cheating you out for MAC! Tell her that you want a letter supporting her claim. Because buyers need to have a specialist (MAC Rep or SA) to prove that its fake. Call PayPal as well to be ahead of the game because PayPal is unfair to sellers.

Where? In Mississauga, Ontario where I live. The supplier is actually my sister's boyfriend's brother so I get the discounts

They are 100% authentic since I also use the make-up I get from him. =]

I have detailed pics of the product in question if anyone wants to see. e/m me at [email protected] . I'm hoping she'll join here and be able to identify what makes her stuff fakes. I don't want anyone to get a bad rep unless they r willfully selling us fakes.

I too got a fake pigment from her, Your Ladyship, the weird thing is I bought two other pigments from her and they were actually authentic. So I contacted her about the fake and at first she was hesitant to believe me, but when I sent it back I included a sample of the real thing and she admitted the difference. So it seems to be the quality is inconsistent buy at your own risk nice seller though at least she did not get nasty like I've had before!

What other two pigments did you purcashe from her? Some of the new counterfeits are more than difficult to tell from real and many people actually do believe they are authentic.

The two real ones I got were Mauvement and Revved Up which I had samples of from MAC to compare to and they were dead on.

Which one? I am selling two wholesale lots right now but I dont think I sold two recently. Or are you talking about the ones I am selling right now (I'm referring to what you said: "you sold atleast 2 huge packs") All my products have names lol And I've sold here on Specktra.net of the same products from the same supplier and have not received any complaints. I've sold..

Eyeshadows
Strobe Cream
MSF
Concealers
etc..

But if you want, I can take further pictures but it would be on eBay because they charged me $0.15 for each picture =[ And DOUBLE that if I put it in two categories.

And I ALWAYS reply to all my messages, maybe you looked at someone else's eBay. My username is prinsesainah and my store is called LUSHxBABY. What your eBay username? I have all the messages logged so I'll see if you even messaged me.

P.S. Not trying to promote mods
