Have posted in another thread but thought would also post here as this thread seems to a be a reference to many.

Just wanted to make buyers aware of adajacobs on ebay - from whom I was sent a FAKE 190 brush (not at all the one she has in her ad). I had to hassle her for a refund and when she didnt give me one I had to file a claim through Paypal. Finally received all my money back but after I left her neutral feedback - she went on a leave me NEGATIVE saying I was a dishonest seller and a scammer. So disappointed, what an abosolute liar. A word of warning - don't go there!

My favorite eBay sellers so far:

blush-etc
mac-a-holic
all cosmetics store

BTW; does anyone know what's up with seller Kanachan? I made a purchase with her about a year ago, and was satisfied. As I saw her mentioned in this thread, I thought I'd check out her items. Turns out she has no items for sale, and has gotten (LOTS of) terrible feedback during the last few months...? Wonder what's happened with her...?

swoosh uk has made their so called MAC auctions private
so it may be difficult to tell

my friend had the misfortune of buying from skintillyclad!

also beware as this lying girl has another selling ID very similar items
and it looks like she has branched out into clothing

the thing that amazes me is that Ebay say that it wants to keep Ebay a safe place to trade but when you report an obvious counterfeit they do nothing
th_remoteImage-61.gif

and the fraudsters can just carry on peddling their rubbish
soapbox.gif

I wrote I don't know how many times in order to guide Ebay towards Ebay counterfait sellers, but, just on my opinion they just don't caer until too many people aske them their money back through Paypal, at that point....suddenly they take care...of THEIR MONEY, NOT OURS friends!!!!

jewelryguysny is no longer registered, did anyone buy from them in the past? I bought a pigment set from them and always wondered if they were real or not.

What about beauty sampler? They have their own website and I don't know the price and a few spelling errors make me think it is not legit.

Hey

I'm just wondering if there's any way to inform MAC about largescale counterfeit sellers?

For example swoosh_uk has sold over 250 full pigment jars in the past 2 weeks (he immediately refunds if you tell him you know it's fake and then complains if negative feedback is left). These sell for a minimum of £4.99 each so that's AT LEAST £1250 in the past TWO WEEKS he's made on goods he KNOWS are counterfeit. (If MAC had sold them they would have made £3750 as they're £15 each here in the UK)

Anyone have any ideas?
