Hi all
No person who can get discounts from EL companies whether it is PRO cards, staff sales or staff shops are allowed to resell their items
I know with employees it is actually, if proven a sackable offence

I can't believe they pulled your auction for a BNIB pigment. I don't see how that can be against any rules?

This is a counter notice that you can fill out and fax to ebay. If Estee Lauder doesn't reply back within 10 days (which they won't), then your auction should be re-listed. The link explains what to do, if you are interested.

Well, the REALLY crazy part is that the auciton had actually already ended! Still removed from my "sold items" list, though and an email sent to the buyer saying that it has been removed and the seller is no longer under obligation to follow through with the auction. Obviously I will fill my obligation... but still very strange.

Hi, I haven't bought much MAC off ebay and want to buy something from cosmeticland0. I saw someone earlier on in the thread mentioned this seller and said she was good, but has anyone had a bad experience with her before?

im kinda new to the ebay world of makeup,, especially MAC makeup. I just wanted to know:

are the MAC makeup sold on ebay really cheaper than if I were to buy it at a MAC store or its online store? because it seems as if some ebay sellers sell the products more especially with shipping in all? please let me know? thanks

not necessarily - if you are looking for a LE item or DC item then you will undoubtedly pay a lot more for it. If you are patient and wait you might find one at similar to retail price, but I doubt it. By the time you factor in shipping it is usually dearer than shopping direct from MAC. Many people do it though because often those LE / DC items just cant be found anywhere else, or because they dont have access to MAC stores. Some items are also pro items and there are fewer Pro stores than anything else and these items are only sold through those stores so ebay can be great for getting pro items as well.

Im UK based and as its so expensive over here i tend to use ebay a fair bit and I have just found the most amazing seller mac_temptations all of her items are auth and her service is incredible.

I must say with regard to the earlier comments i was a little miffed with mac as i am just starting my training and as my training place is not part of their scheme i cant get a student pro card which i think is a bit unfair but hey you cant always get it your own way lol

If you start a new thread and post some pics of your pigments the specktrettes here should be able to help you

I answered my own question! I bought Playful eyesadow and Zandra lipstick from her. This seller gives freebees too! I got a Tutti Dolci gloss that was BNIB.

? I just bought a duo fiber brush from this person, but I freaked after I saw that a) he had no feedback and b) was selling same type of brush in a new auction.

I only paid 11, but still...

I spoke to Lizsunderland and she warned me away from skintillyclad!. she also took pics of the pigment that I asked for and they look real. I guess there isn't much else I can do but hope that she's for real. If i do buy from her at this point and they're fakes then knows about it and is trying to rip me off.

I just wanted to say thank you for this great thread. I want to buy some mac products online as I'm kinda poor at the moment but I am so worried about getting conned. I read through this whole thread and looked at the people that had been mentioned throughout the thread. I found some great sellers and prices and I think I'll be more confident in the future when I want to buy a MAC product online.
