Re: Chanel Discussion & Must Haves
Completely forgot to tell you my SA told me the new dous's texture it's sooo creamy and luxurious. She said it was like no other eyeshadow she has tried before.
Mmmm...
.
Oh! and all shades are to be permanent!!
That gives us time and wallet relief!

But not until PhD.
But still, I can always use some good eye cream. Thanks for the description of the eye roller and patches! I tried Eye tonic at the counter on my hands and it felt good, very luxurious, like it had some effect.
I also tried the Garnier one but like what you said, it didn't feel like anything at all.
I had a sample of the eye patches without the roller, I think maybe it was the one that was discontinued. It felt good too! After I peeled the patches off, my undereyes felt soothed, smooth and supple. It brightened my undereyes and the fine lines disappeared.
And I'm so excited! The Orient Extreme collection has launched at only two of the Chanel counters in my country! It was launched today and I just got to know it and immediately called to have one of each item reserved for me.
I will pick them up tomorrow. Definitely be buying Illusion D'or, and maybe the eyeshadow/eye liner palette. Anyone of you have Gold Lame? How does it compare to Gold Fiction? I have Gold Fiction and wonder if I need Gold Lame. As for Black Velvet, I will decide once I see it. If it is very matte, then no.

Well, I don't know if I was disciplined, but when I have work and deadlines... nothing stops me to deliver. Anyway, the lack of sleep had it's consequences... my nerves cracked badly and triggered agoraphobia, lost sooo much weight I looked like anorexic... in the end it wasn't worth it for something I even didn't cared much...
So I left physics and there hasn't been a day I regretted that decision.
Those patches that used to came without the roller were really good. I used them before they were replaced by the ones with the roller.
So exciting you're finally getting Orient Extreme!!
I swatched Gold Lamé and have Gold Fiction. I never felt it was necessary to have both.
Gold Lamé it's a toned down pinky version of GF... it felt like something I've seen before... Must try it yourself and make your own mind!!
Black Velvet it's definitely not matte... but definitely not lustre. It's a very unique texture!!
