Seriously, I've done enough damage lately collecting glossimers and JCs.....I'm curtailing the 'investment' for a bit - maybe getting just one duo, then the JCs and glossimers with the fall collection......and very little MAC. Must......find.......discipline!!

Unfortunately, I can't blame this thread for my Chanel addiction... it's always been there!!
Hun, I'm enjoying your blog so much!!

The make up remover it's actually really good. It's not greasy but definitely removes all mascara with ease!!
What I do it's damping a cotton ball or pad and hold it against my eye closed for some seconds allowing the remover do it's job. Then I gently press it with tiny movements around the lash line. Never rub, never pull down.

The duos look really creamy and smooth in the swatches of the chinese blogger too! I put the link here again for anyone who wants to drool over them (me actually).

Today when I was at the counter for Orient Extreme, the very nice MA told me that the new mascara will be arriving next month. She didn't mention the duos so I didn't ask too, but I'm guessing they will all be launched next month! I'm likely to pick up Taupe or Misty, and maybe the eye lash curler. Thanks for the info that the duos will be perm!
I was bad today and bought all three of the n/p and the eye liner and gold e/s. You are spot on with the description of the n/p! I like Gold Lame more than Gold Fiction, so I caved. Illusion D'or is stunning! The pink flakies hypnotise me. I love Black Velvet, so happy that it is not matte but rather jelly-ish matte. The MA had Black Velvet on, with half of each nail topped with Illusion D'or. I'll be doing that, as well as what I see at this blog, but these are challenging! I cannot paint with my left hand.

The gold e/s has pink and gold shimmer, which is not captured in the pics. Stunning IRL!
Yes this thread is hurting my wallet! I have always been buying Chanel makeup but am buying much more now because there is lots of recommendation here. Plus, I have just met a great MA at my usual counter! She has very good customer service and also very knowledgeable! Best MA I have ever met! But the MAs get rotated to other counters every few months. It is quite annoying but this happens at most of every brand of makeup counters in my country.
What about Enigma, Shypo?
I need it.

Physics hun!! I left Physics during PhD... Thanks dear
, unfortunately it's something I'll always need to watch out.
Those pics of the duos are seriously tempting... but I don't know. I want Enigma and those 3 JC sooo badly, I may wait a bit until I get the duos.
Love the pics of Orient Extreme too. The last mani it's seriously pretty!!
You were a really bad girl...Enjoy your goodies, dear!!
Oh!! It's sooo nice you finally have a great MA!! I wish you never loose her. I know it's hard to find one...That's why I followed mine when she was moved to the other side of the city. Which it's not that simple, btw, Mexico City it's a really large and conflictive. Traveling to her counter may be a 1-2 hours trip, just one way!! But she's really good and loyal with me and we've been together for more than 7 years. So she knows what I like, what I have, what's my skin like, what I can't live without!! And she totally trusts me when I say I'll get something, so she keeps my goodies on hold as long as I need to. Furthermore, she's never annoyed when she keeps something for me and after swatching I end not getting it. She's absolutely the greatest.

I use Mat Lumiere... it's nice, but doesn't last that long on my highly oily combination skin
. Why don't you ask for a sample on your next purchase on Chanel.com?? I've seen they often offer samples.
Which one are you using now, btw??
