Its really smart of all you guys to start on the exercise/eating healthy when you're young. When you hit around 40 - its waaaaaay harder to take it off! Since I've become a workout/healthy eating nut I have tons of energy. I could run rings around anyone half my age - seriously. Plus the health benefits before you get older = money saved in medical bills. |
