I'm getting the 'get heathly' bug from all of you - I had started back at the gym, but was traveling so much I feel off the wagon er um treadmill

. Have to get back on this weekend for sure. I used to be a tiny thing, but no more. I could lose 50 lbs and be happy.

Well, it is harder if you have to sit all day. Getting started is hard, but once you're motivated, then you see any results just go for it as it gets easier after that! I have always been a sugar junkie too! I've cut almost all of it out

But, I do treat myself. dh & I shared a piece of Cheesecake Factory cheesecake the other day - I know wicked right!

I hated the treadmill when I first started - now I love it as its a real stress reliever. I use it in conjunction with my weights/exercise. I watch QVC while I'm on it

So I FINALLY decided that I needed Genial and that I would tolerate the annoying scent of Chanel lipsticks in order to own this gorgeous shade and whaddaya know? It's sold out. I can't find it online anywhere

. This is where youtube and temptalia become evil by spreading the word and leaving me out to dry. Guess that's what I get for waiting. Now I have to hit the streets and look for this thing.

How does Slate compare to DT? Is Slate a brown grey?

I hope all the new e/s singles make it to my counters. Heather Rose, Slate, Deep Taupe, Lily and Vanilla all look like colours I love. I didn't fall for Sillage and Trace from the Spring collection.

Your swatches are great! They're clear and not blurry, and it's easy to see the color (and they're really pretty to boot!).

I don't have any quads yet (3 on my list!), but if you like smokey-taupe-purple eyes there's a new one coming out with their fall collection called Enigma that really looks amazing!

I can't find Venus anywhere! Let me know if you find it! It used to be on Nordstrom and Macy's online -- but I guess it sold out since it was LE. So sad I didn't get it earlier! I did get Courtisane on my last order and it is absolutely gorgeous. I bought Comedia RA lipstick and they look beautiful together! Courtisane is so pigmented though, it can be worn alone! You will love it

I did the same thing pretty late in the game Shontay and ended up getting it from NM online - I think they put it up a second time and by the next day it was gone again. It really is worth hunting down. Good luck!

Slate is really a grey, not so much a brown, though there is some brown in it....it's much cooler than Deep Taupe. I wish I had swatched it earlier today on my visit to Nordie's, but will try to do so soon.

If you like color, Murano is a great one - lots of the quads in the perm line tend toward neutrals (except Bleu Celestes, which is also gorgeous and one of stv578's faves as of late).....I'll dig through my other ones and give you an idea of what they look like via swatches that I'll post later today, or you could just check out the swatches I think Meg had the link for......

I haven't seen them all but I haven't seen any that I would really call color (other than the blue one), they are mostly variations on neutrals. I think the most colorful one I've seen is Nymphea. There is one called Garden Party that I think may be more colorful, but I've never seen it irl. Maybe someone else here has?

I ended up cancelling my e/s order because a friend was going to the mall and I decided to check out the singles I was interested in in person. I tried on Lily and Heather Rose. They were very pretty, but I didn't buy them. I have some pigmentation on my lids and found Lily too sheer. Heather Rose looked similar to but pinker than Haux on me, and I dunno, I just didn't feel like it did anything really great for me. I didn't check out Deep Taupe or Slate and of course now I'm regretting it! But all in all I think I will hold off now until the quad is released.

^^ I liked Garden Party a lot when I saw it in the post. Now that I see it again, I'm loving it once again. I don't see it at my counters anymore. Tomorrow I'll check again when I'm at the counter.

Now that I think about it, most of the e/s quads are neutrals. My favourite neutral quad is Mystic Eyes.

The most colourful quad is Bird of Paradise IMO. I nearly passed it last Christmas but I'm so happy I bought it in the end.

How do you find the pigmentation and staying power? I see some people on MUA Reviews had problems along those lines, but it is still available at Nordies online and I am tempted!
