Ahhh, weekend is officially over and I can resume regular postings...although I'm apparently not quite sober enough to spell correctly, lol! Weekend was uneventful (unless you count the appearance of a couple of banana-hammocks "eventful") and a great way to start off the summer.

I think I may go acquire some new Chanel this week...haven't quite decided what, though.

That is a REALLY nice chest! It's funny, I've had my eye on an antique 'highboy' that is black as well for my 'new makeup room' - I was considering using the drawers for my makeup too! Great minds think alike!

I'm trying to get my lipsticks/glosses stored in some sort of plastic box with a lid, and while I had success with the lipsticks, the lipglasses are presenting a problem in that they're too tall to fit the lid back on. Drat! It's hard to find a box that is just a box without all of the plastic support thingies in it.....I swear I'm going to design something and retire a true makeup storage trailblazer!!!

to the thread! Nouvelle Vague makes any bad feels better. I have both Genial and NV.

You are right, Genial doesn't smell as bad.

As you work more on your make-up room I would really love to see what you come up with! I totally agree about the lipgloss problem, even the normal shorter tubes are a pain to store. There are a ton of different storage things from IKEA I'd love to get but they don't ship them and there's no store here yet (they're building one now that will be open in fall 2011). Oh well, getting creative is fun anyway!

Well, I put off my acquisition until tomorrow. I had other errands to run in the opposite direction of the department store, so I will go tomorrow. I have to anyway, since I need to pay my bill. Good excuse to go!

I really liked Winter Nights in person too. Truth told, I loved most of the quads in person that I just got overwhelmed because I couldn't decide. Then, I thought I will wait & get Enigma first then one of the other ones. It was too hard for me to decide.
