Paradoxal is not like any np color that I have ever seen. Its much prettier in person than in the pics. It looks darker in the photos & the duochrome purple doesn't show as well.
The whole collection is just

As I get the Euro version, I get the collections when they're released in France... sometimes a bit later. With school vacations, sales drop a bit during the summer, so Chanel releases fall things in late August.
Chanel things are always chic and elegant!! Your new frames will suit you perfectly!!
Oh! I've been wanting MS punches since a first saw them in MS's Living a year ago I guess?? I can't get them here
... but I do get Fiskars and Sizzix!!!

Yep, it sucks having to wait all that long... but it will be totally worth it!!

I just looked AD up on ebay - nope not even close. Paradoxal is a very deep smokey grey taupe & then in the light/in person you can see the purple shimmy duochrome effect. Its a very sexy fall color I think.

OK Ladies - I have some scoop. I went to Nordie's tonight (my own Saturday Night beauty bash) and spoke to the counter manager for Chanel. Here is what I saw, and what I found out.
For Nordie's anniversary, the quad is very much like the Beiges de Chanel from about 3 years ago. I swatched the colors and am pretty
about them - they're very light. It would be a good quad for some highlight colors or if you wanted to wear them wet.
Vamp mascara is making a reappearance, and the nail polishes are pretty - a pale pink and a sort of gold color (I did not get the names, but can if someone is interested). There are also 2 Rouge Cocos, but they're repromotes - one is Perle, but I don't remember the other one. They're perm.
The real news for anniversary is the new skin care line, which is called Ultra Correction Line Repair - it supposedly is the best of the various lines and there are 5 products - a serum, an eye serum, a day cream, a night cream, and a day fluid. I have samples of all but the day fluid and will let you know how I like them. The catch is that Nordie's has it exclusively until December. Once the anniversary quantities are gone, that's it until holiday time.
Now for the fall collection: it's due to arrive in-store in late July, but cannot be sold until August or early September. Chanel is deliberately holding back names of some of the items, to generate demand (that's why the glossimers and RAs don't have names in the pics we're seeing). I was able to pre-order the items I want - the blush (Pink Explosion), the Enigma quad, and the 4 glossimers. I did not pre-order the new lip product as I want to try it first. I'm bummed that we're going to have to wait until late summer to get this, but I guess it gives me time to save.
Not being able to leave the store empty-handed, I picked up the Lotion Comfort and the Spices quad. The counter manager was wearing this and I loved the color combination, so it jumped into my bag.
So I guess we're relegated to waiting together for the new fall goodies.
