^^ I'll look out for them. We just got the quads last week. Did you try the compact, how do you find it?

It's a lighter coverage with a satin finish. The lightest shade (02 Beige Clair) is almost too dark for me (usually a NC15/20).

The compact itself is gorgeous, like a "double-wide" version of the Blush G compact. I think it will be good for travel, but it's not my favourite foundation.

Hi Bis!! The palettes are gorgeous - I just got another one today (bad, bad girl!!!) - Bois de Rose is still my fave, but I just got Fumes today and can't wait to use it.

^^ Right now I'm wishing I have the quads you purchased, lol. Let us know how you feel about Les Fumes! I saw the post on Cafemakeup and really like it. The first one I buy will either be Les Fumes of Les Bois de Rose.

I like Le Fumes too but seems very similar to Prelude (which I love). Anybody has both and can compare?

I am wearing Fumes today (doesn't that sound funny if you use the English pronunciation?!

) and it is soooo pretty. I love how the colors blend - so soft but the pigment is substantial. MissQQ, I think you've zeroed in on the right ones!

Cheryl do you have Prelude? If you do...is Prelude a little browner and Les Fumes a little greyer, or is that just the impression I'm getting from online swatches on my monitor? I wish I was cool toned because I love Les Gris but I know it wouldn't suit me. lol

Hi Winthrop - yes, I have Prelude - color-wise, 3 of the 4 colors are very close, but the dark purple-y color in Prelude is unique, as is the dark smoky grey color in Les Fumes. The textures are different, though. The khaki-taupe color in Les Fumes is much more shimmery in Les Fumes, and the pinky color in Les Fumes is totally matte.

Hope that helps - my camera is giving me some issues otherwise I'd provide a photo - if it's working better tomorrow I'll try to post a pic.

I caved in and bought Les Perles today - it's gorgeous!

Now I'm just waiting for the holiday collection to become available.

Those of you with Les Perles, do you find that the three lighter shades end up looking the same on the lids? I swatched the palette, the eyeshadows are smooth and pigmented.

Guerlain is so tempting lately! I have a few products from the brand but nothing huge so far. Now I'm lusting after Les Fumes, Les Bois de Rose, the Holiday Meteorites, and all kinds of lip stuff! Oh man...I need to do something to free up some storage space, and quick!
