I must say I've fallen in love with Nars lipstick and matte velvet pencils as of last October. Damned is my fave lip product ever! I still don't like their eyeshadows but their blushes are long time fave of mine and now their lip products

i like the shadows better in the palettes than the singles. i have four or five of the singles and the formulation is extremely soft which creates a lot of fallout. i've even had one crack already. the payoff is good and they blend easily, but i just don't care for the mess and how fragile they are.

I was playing with Nars at Sephora and was enticed by the Rater R duo but thought it was kinda chalky and might not stay on well. Then I started swatching the other ones and they had the same chalky feel. I learned over the years to stay away from these types of eyeshadows. If I am going to be paying $40 CDN plus tax for a duo, I expect it to be perfect. The only one that I may get is Strada but I heard it takes work for the color to show up right.

I got my first Nars item, Angelika blush, and I am loving the pigmentation and the packaging. Its so small, rubbery and cute. Mine didn't get dirty yet haha.

I love nars! Their shadow duos are way better than the single ones, in my opinion. Rated R is amazing! I also love their glosses, despite the fact that they smell like wax. At least they don't have a taste. They are very buildable. And of course, they have the best blushes, hands down.

Im still trying to love NARS! i bought Mekong es, belle du jour ls and striptease lg.

I like their glosses and lipsticks. Again, i was somewhat dissapointed with the es. Mekong is a beautiful very dark brown with coppery/gold sparkle to it. I looked black on me.

Seriously, even if I hated all of NARS' other products, I would never give up their blushes. I used orgasm on two of my friends today, one white and one Korean, and it looked amazing on both of them with one sweep of the brush. Now I can see why I'm on my second pan!

Hmm I bought an artist palette and I was kind of disappointed in the quality of the eyeshadows, I found them to be rather chalky and quite similar to the 120 Manly palette. Which is ridiculous because the price difference is just unbelievable. $60 for the NARS palette and $20 for the Manly palette. Although I do love their blushes. And the lipsticks in the palette... gross. Barely any pigmentation, they stink like wax, and who the hell thought it would be a good idea to put chalky eyeshadows in the same palette as lipsticks? There are little flecks of eyeshadow all over my palette. Big fail.

I bought Eurydice duo last week and am wearing today. This one is actually quite pigmented and looks gorge on! I think I might get Misfit as well.

I was going to get Misfit but the light side was soo damn chalky that I decided it wasn't worth it for one color especially since theres a bunch of teals out there. If you do get it, you must do an FOTD to change my mind.

I am going to try my first Nars product soon. Just purchased Orgasm Blush online. Hope it works out for me. I sampled a couple of glosses but I wasn't really impressed much.

I've got a ton of Nars blushes and a few of the shadows. The blushes are love. Maybe because its the Night series of shadows they are more pigmented. I did own the Carravagio duo at one point and returned it. I found the colors to be meh.

I totally dislike NARS as well. I've had 3 blushes (Desire, Deep Throat & Orgasm) and hated them all. They all applied unevenly and had no staying power. The glosses are SO sticky and feel like glue on my lips. After these purchases, I'm not tempted by ANYTHING NARS now.

I've never found anything from NARS I don't like! I have 5 blushes, 2 e/s and 1 l/g and I love all of them. The only thing that keeps me from having more is the price!

Orgasm is my HG blush - it's the best shade on my skin. I'm thinking about getting Super Orgasm, Nico, Albatross.
I also like Copacabana.

Never used eyeshadows, but Night series look amazing

That's so funny coz I have Deep Throat and Desire and they're two of the most pigmented and smoothest blushes I own. They also last on me super long. I had Desire on when I went to a spa yesterday and after all the bath, steam,...it was still on!

Can I ask what brush you used to apply them? Also, do you put them over bare skin of do you wear foundation? Most powder blushes will not last long over skin that is not prepped

I haven't tried all that many Nars products because I was totally put off by the smell of the lip gloss. Do all of their products have a strong fragrance?

I think NARS need a pro line....where you buy the products in more convenient packaging and be able to create your own palettes...I can't bare to depot my shadows and lugging them around can be a pain if you want to bring it all.
