MAC Pro does have a "white" pigment (I have 2 jars of it from them), it's describe as a "soft pearl white". It's also shown on there web site, hope this helps

I have one also so white definitely is a PRO colour.
As for the authenticity, she is selling the same colours as a lot of people that have been mentioned on this forum as selling fakes. Of course no one has confirmed or denied it, however I bought a few colours off one of the ladies and I am convicnced they are authentic, I use mine everyday.
I'd say go ahead and bid! but of course it's totally your call

Xqueeze me you have gone to so much trouble to differentiate the counterfeit products from the authentic. THANK YOU so very much, you are a pillar of knowledge!

Hi, I have today received a jar of Deep Blue Green pigment I bought on ebay. The seller is a Powerseller with over 800 feedback and 100% positive, so I assumed would be safe.

I'm a little concerned that it might not be authentic. The code on the barcode sticker on the bottom of the box says it's A52, so if that's right it's an older product and I'm guessing might differ from current ones in some ways anyway. Perhaps someone could advise me?

The first thing that struck me is that the clear label underneath the jar has the colour name, but not the code number. Also the sticker isn't completely transparent like those I've seen on some other jars - it is reminiscent of that 'invisible sellotape', thus blurring the appearance of the pigment underneath it.

The jar has the COLT-AINER III and numbers underneath, and on the inner plastic lid as I would expect, but the lid closes completely with the inner lid in place, and I'm sure I read that genuine ones have a slight gap between jar and lid.

The barcode is a sticker on the underneath of the box, and the name sticker is in the correct place, but all the printing on the front of the box seems to be a little off-centre, off to the left.

The leaflet that comes with it doesn't list the ingredients, and they are not on the box, either, but it does have a warning that it's not for use in the lip area (who would want deep blue green lips anyway?)

Not related to this particular jar, as I didn't have it then, but last night I was trying out some of my colours on the back of my hand. Today I noticed a rash on the back of my hand, which makes me worry that perhaps one or more of those other jars isn't genuine

Sorry buddy, but it sounds like you got one of the updated fakes?

This thread, fishy site..what do you think, might help? One of the girls got a Deep Blue Green from this particular seller.. Same case. No batch code on the bottom of the jar, visibly translucent label on bottom of jar, etc. Sounds like the same deal. There are also pics in the thread I mentioned. (See how the "seller" stock the pigments, etc).

Eeek! Go get your refund, hon!

Thanks for confirming my suspicions, Xqueeze-me. My seller was angelicgandk. I bought a 'Nocturnelle' eyeshadow from them as well - I hope that's genuine

I've just been to look and yes, it's exactly the same as I have received.

I'm trying to compare the Nocturnelle with the other shadows I have now. The box does appear to be shinier than one I bought direct from MAC, and the printing on the label underneath the container looks a bit white, whereas the others look more grey.

Some boxes do have ingredients listed on the side of the boxes but some don't. Not too sure what's up with that. I have.. well, had, since I sold most of my piggies, some MAC pigment boxes with and without ingredients listed on the side of the boxes.
