Just got off the phone with my store (an hour away, but better than dealing with the drama of ordering online), and they've set aside my (huge) order. Tomorrow night's haul will be . . .

Phwew! I might also get the $$$$$ Yes nail lacquer and/or Lollipop Loving . . . I've never used a glaze lipstick. I do hardly any regular / daywear makeup, mostly drag, photo, or at the least intense evening/club looks for my girlfriends. Do you guys think that I'd have any use for LL? Is there real color payoff, or is it just like a gloss stick?

PS - My apartment is a disgusting mess and I'm cleaning tonight . . . I've been trying to clean it up for like a week. My final motivator: NO PLAYING WITH MY NEW MAKEUP until I get it done!!!

I checked my account on the Mac site and it had tracking numbers for all of the items I purchased (Melrose Mood, Pink pearl piggy and technakhol liner). And now they said that all of my items were delivered even though the lipstick says backordered. I'm still at work so I am going to see if they really shipped all of my items.

You girls/guys living in the states are lucky to get shipping numbers!! Here in Canada we just have to guess when we're gonna be getting our items lol, it's like a surprise haha.
PS if they've charged my Visa, it means that they shipped all the items right? On the site it still says processing, but my visa got fully charged for ALL items.

I just came back from my local Macy's MAC Counter & they already had them out!! =) Got myself Sock Hop l/g & Lollipop Loving L/s & I am one happy camper! Thank God... today was my only free day to shop until 2 weeks from now.

Thats what I would think. When my card was charged it only charged the liner I purchased. Then I checked my account online again and it charged me for the Pink Pearl as well. So I do think they shipped whatever they charged you for.

The thing is that other members have offered reasonable solutions to the issue, telling you that you can call a store tomorrow and order exactly what you ordered from the website and they'll ship it to you, and you have kind of ignored those suggestions or just shot them down.

Haha yes, everyone who's frustrated NEEDS to calm down!! You should be extremely grateful that you even got your hands on those items. I'd rather wait a week or so for some rare items rather than assume I'll get them by waiting in store/online and then be disappointed if I didn't get what I wanted.

I got a great email from Customer Service earlier today, just letting me know how sorry they were for the errors and the status on my delivery. I felt sorry for all their problems these past few days, and I wrote them an email pretty much just saying how I was in no hurry, haha. I understand people getting frustrated for sure, but yeah, taking out on someone trying to make a living would be pretty uncool. Not that anyone has done that in this thread, though!
The email I received definitely indicated that the remaining lipsticks would be shipped out Friday at the latest, so no worries for me! Also, the 2nd Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping if paid for is still going to get your order to you faster than standard would. I think a very good point is made that most of us were content to wait until the 27th, and we're still probably going to end up with our orders before then, or on that day exactly.
