It's very very close to the UD liner, I actually swatched both on my hand and I felt the difference wasn't worth it (I was going to buy blackline until i swatched them). Saying that, the mac pearlglides feel much better to apply than the UD 24/7 and if you don't have the UD one then the mac one is probably the best choice.

I managed to get a big and a little tartan gift bag with my purchases so I would just ask if you buy all of the liners can you have a bag and you'll probably get one

It looked fantastic, you could still see the two colours but they blended together well. Reminded me of an ombre type effect. Apparently they didn't even bother to apply the two colours seperately, they just applied both of them onto the same brush before applying to their face - so real easy too!
The colours reminded me of those orange and pink 'fruit salad' sweets, lol!

Thank you!!!

I will apply the blushes exactly like that

And I love these fruit salad sweets

That is a funny comparison

Well I went to have a close look at the collection today and erm yeah...

Moving along, I left with *Later* and *Moonlight Night* in a lil Tartan Bag. When my purchase was being bagged, I asked the assistant whether special bags were being given out and she said yes, but only for large purchases...

Anyhooos!!!

I got one still!!! It really isn't anything special though, its like a mini dustbag that you get with your purse/handbag

Thank you all for the birthday greetings yesterday!! It totally made my birthday so awesome!! Yesterday I got Gone Romancin' dazzleglass creme and it's so gorgeous in the tube!!! Can't wait to try it with Courting Lilac l/s!

Anyone like/have opinions on the e/s? I dont know if £15 is just too much money...

i feel the shadows are very pricey for what they are. i know they are bigger than a normal shadow but the colour payoff doesnt seem great.

I needed a small pick me up today after having very minor surgery on my ear yesterday morning (just to remove a keloid, nothing super serious). I got:

The Faerie Glen
Lightly Prancing
Undercurrant (back-up)
Black Swan (back-up)
A Lady & Her Tricks brush bag set

Add all of these to my first haul of:

Glamora Castle
Moonlight Night
The Family Crest
Undercurrent
Black Swan
Courting Lilac
Gone Romancin'
Syle Clan
Hark the Heraldy face kit
Viva Glam lip bag

(Okay, when I type it all out it's a lot

I still have the cool pigment set and coral lips set on my list to pick up next week when they come out.)

I was at the freestanding store at the Eaton Centre and it looked like everything was still in stock. I even peeked in the drawer while the lovely SA was getting my stuff and looked like were still some Undercurrents and Black Swans available. Not too sure about the lipsticks but there weren't any Sold Out stickers on the display.

Specktra family or not, if someone tried to yank things out of my pre-order or got the last *insert whatever item here* before me we'd have problems.

I still love you all, but we can stay spread out. Just sayin...

This is hilarious. I'm sure the police would know us by name - "honybr was arrested again and mumbling something about let go of my undercurrent."

On topic - still loving my pearlglides. Petrol Blue is quite stunning on.

I am obsessed too. Now I think I want a back up - maybe as a gift or just to keep in the box and maybe I want the keychain too!

I wore Glamora Castle for the first time today. I loved how it went on.. I agree with Lou about the color pay off for most of these shadows but Semi-Precious and GC do not fit that bill, imo. Can anyone recommend a good grey (LE or otherwise) that is lighter than GC?

Dangit y'all - now I think I want the neutral lipglass set when it comes out next week. I just read a review on she who shall not be named
nonono.gif
(though I still don't know why she can't be named) and the colors are really nice. I've read they would be great on darker skin tones - which applies to me.

Are lipglass sets worth it? I use lip gloss like the world is coming to an end, so I've never gotten anything mini because I don't want to be ticked when it runs out. Thoughts anyone?

I love the mini lipglass sets every year! I think they're fun and cute and they last longer than you think. Granted they're not big by any stretch, but I always seem to get pretty good use out of them. Plus, when you run out, there are 4 more to play with, and it's a great way to try out several colors and see if you like them.

I think they're a great buy, but that's just my opinion!

Why is there no pillow fight emoticon?
nope.gif

On haul topics, I'm also majorly loving the pearlglides I got! I'm also waiting for the lip set (I have no idea which one yet - I'll have to see them in person, I think!!! I keep flip-flopping, but I can only afford one... right now it's the coral set) and the smokey eye set
