Thank you! I'm a total purple girl myself, thats part of why I was having such a hard time. I'm so excited for these shadows, last years starflash was my first mac purchase and I've been addicted ever since

I got or my boyfriend got me smoke and diamonds, rave liner, and fashion groupie.
I LOOVE fashion groupie, the payoff is great on my lids and it looks so pretty with rave liner. I don't have sattelite dreams but I heard the texture of it is really bad. When I get paid, I may go back for black russian liner.
I also really liked one-off but I have so many greens allready, and I didn't like strike a pose like I thought I would!

Yeah, I would go for One Off. I love purples and greens. I got both but I was able to B2M for them. If I had to choose I would get OO. And I think it is quite unique.

So, did you decide on anything? I was playing & those 3 colors (Unbasic White, Style Snob & Fashion) look gorgeous together. Unbasic white, for being just a white, is really really pretty done lightly all over from lashline to brow. It brightens up the eye area.

No, I tried to go to my MAC counter this morning and hit such terrible traffic that I just turned around. I'll give it another try on Monday. Style Snob & Fashion remind me of 2 of the shades used on the eyes in LM's new Fresco collection.

I have little clue as to whether they are on specktra so I've restrained myself from posting them here (of which would only have delivered ease of visual aid XD). Included, is another satin taupe vs. style snob comparison as well as one between Strike a Pose vs. Blue Flame (I know someone in the Swatch Request thread had asked about one beforehand). It makes me really want to compare pompous blue to Strike a Pose.

I was so excited to hear at first that Style Snob and Satin Taupe are very similar (since I already have and love Satin Taupe), but in th swatch picture, they don't look alike at all. Sigh.
I think I'm going to be strong and skip Rated R, though. I have Bitter, and the payoff is good enough on me that I don't know if I can justify buying something so similar...
