Man, I was hoping to escape easy on this collection, but now I really want Illegal Cargo and Shore Leave and all the pigments (except Lovely Lily since I have it) and Hey Sailor and Ensign and Ahoy, There and Party Mate. Here's hoping I'm seriously disappointed!!

I got a sneak peak of the collection today at my counter

its as bright as you all hope it will be haha!
and im considering lark about, but we'll see.
Lovely Lily to me is a typical violet, its beautiful but I have too many purple shadows that are similar.

I can not believe how much I was able to shorten my wishlist for this collection. I was originally wanting 4 e/s, 1 pig and 1 l/s.

Now I'm only interested in Ahoy There l/s.

Well, it only means I won't feel guilty buying that very expensive brush from Skinsheen

I think I know why you are asking this. In one picture in swatches it does look pink toned but IRL it does not. I hope that helps.

I'm still getting Meet The Fleet as I think it will make a gorgeous smokey eye. I have a similar but more lavender base shade from BE & its a fave of mine.
After seeing the lustreglass swatches, i'll probably still get 3 of them & 2 lippies

*sigh* I want the Colour Form Collection - NOW!

originally i was thinking of getting 2 lipsticks and 2 lustreglasses, but now i think i'm only going to get 1 l/s and 1 lustreglass or even just 1 lustreglass. i'm going to have to go check them out in person.

Yes, here too! The "more" icons don't work since last week or so.

I have been away for five days and it feels like ages... I am reading all forums and threads to find out what I've been missing. Sigh. It is good to be here again!!

Are the lustreglasses frosty? Someone on MUA said it and I will be really disappointed if it is!

I read that on MUA too - I think the person was surprised there were "no creamy ones". I didn't quite understand the comment, because lustreglasses are never creamy, they're supposed to "shine the lips with hi-shine overlaid with various tones of pearlized glaze" according to MAC. I'm sure the lustreglasses in this collection will be beautiful.

IMO, yes, they are what I would consider frosty. But not over the top frost. Bateau is the most frosty of the 4, I think. Not sure if frost is even the right word. They have intense pearl. They are very opaque and have enough pigment to be worn alone. They are all very wearable, and the pearl/frost isn't overdone. HTH!

agreed. hey, sailor is the only one that is like a traditional lustreglass. the other 3 are more like flowerosophy lustreglass was in finish.
