The first time I used it I was so disappointed (we have no MAC here so I had to get it via mail without seeing it first).

Then when I worked on a method, then I really love it.

The best way I have found to apply it is to use Too Faced Shadow Insurance as a base and then dampen the 242 brush and it goes on with no fall out at all- NONE.

Stayed on through heavy exercise, gardening, and hot humid weather too- no creasing and even when my eyes watered a bit, it stayed on quite well.

What did you like/love the most? Which had medium love?? What dissapointed you??

Lipsticks/Glosses:I didn't get Naked Space, as it seems very similar to bonus beat or maybe even c-thru. I think there is nothing unique about this. I didn't look at Supreme lipglass. Soft and Slow l/g is gorgeous. "your lips but better" Its such a great color, and simple and neutral. I haven't been able to make pink grapefruit work for me yet...it just isn't that great on me. Very orange...and Pleasureseeker was the only lipstick that interested me. Didn't show up at allll on me. I really wish this had a lustre finish or a different finish (not glaze) but yeah...it was basically clear on me

Eyeshadows: Magnetic fields is a deep dark brown...I like it a lot and I think its pretty unique. Evening Aura is gorgeous and peachy but you have to make sure you don't have the kind of skin that will make it disappear(thats what happened to me..was damn near invisible). Time and space and femme fi seemed dupeable to me, I wasn't interested. I think expensive pink is gorgeous, but since its permanent I can wait.

Blush: Spaced out is nice...but really soft and light on my skin. Probably dupeable, IMO. X-Rocks is my favorite blush, ever. I cannot describe the color, but the texture is like butter, and the color is just soooo wonderful. Everyone needs this in their life, and its definetly backupable.

Bronzer:Solar Riche is soft and light. Pretty. Refined Golden is the one I had before....and this was a little better for me. A little darker, but not too dark. Just your standard, gorgeous, everyday bronzer.

Nail polish:I wanted to get phosphor and plasma blu...but I have a feeling I can find something in another brand? These were the two standouts to me though....I didn't bother to look at the other two.

Solar Bits: seem like some trouble and messy, but gorgeous when you get it to work for you. Super shimmery. I'm not the type to buy full sized pigments (or anything similar) so i'd rather try a sample.

Volcanic Ash Exfoliator:seems damn popular to me. But I stay away from skincare lines...I have been using BioElements and its clearing my skin up. I dont need anything else lol.

Prep+Prime Lip Refinisher:great product. Exfoliates chappy lips and makes so much sense to have with you....your lipsticks and glosses look so much better after, your lips are sooo smooth.

Must Haves:
*Soft and Slow l/g
*Magnetic Fields e/s
*Evening Aura e/s (if it shows up on you)
*X-Rocks blush
*Lip Exfoliator

And I say to wait on expensive pink and refined golden since they are permanent must haves.

I completely agree. I am obsessed as well. I love pink grapefruit. I have picked out outfits yesterday for work just to have bronzey tones on eyes (amber lights, bronze, tempting, coppering, romp) just to wear sweet as cocoa blush and pink grapefut, scifidelity or supreme l/g. Love this, you hear me, love it.

Ughh now I'm regretting my decision of getting Spaced Out. I hate that after I make a purchase, I still want so much more stuff while I am saving up for Cool Heat. I don't wanna dip into my Cool Heat fund after I already spent $130 on Neo Sci Fi lol ARGHHHHHH!!!! Life is so difficult when your in love with MAC.

What I loved:
- Pleasureseeker lipstick - peachy nude one, close to Hue, but Hue is more pinky. Very natural on my lips.
- Naked Space l/g - I LOVE this one! I don't have anything similar to this, so it was good choice.
- Spaced Out Blush is amazing! It's peachy with pink duochrome. I have pale skin and it doesn't look orange at all. Just peachy

- e/s Magnetic fields, Evening Aura and Expensive Pink are gorgeous! Especially Magnetic Fields - I would say it's unique. A must have.

Re: Neo Sci-fi, Solar Field, And Future Earth

SO on Friday I finished off my haul and just wanted to share my opinion [pretty much agreeing with everyone else's!]
Prep N Prime Lip Stuff: Love this, you have to use it a couple times before the little exfoliating bead things actually rub onto your lips. The 1st time I used it, it didn't really do ne thing but after a couple times, they started to rub onto my lips and exfoliate. This is an amazing product to me bc I have very flakey, dry lips and always get icky lipglass residue on my inner corners by the end of the day. [TMI?? haha] This stuff makes me lipsticks and lipglasses stay nicer, longer.
Naked Space: Not so in love with..like a lot of you have said, its def more fleshy than peachy, a bit like Bonus Beat. It isn't terrible or ne thing and I will def keep it, I just wish it was a bit peachier!!
Pleasureseeker: Like all of you have said...gorgeous color, but a typical glaze. I got this B2M so I don't feel too bad a bout it, however, Lollipop Loving is very similar and IMO prettier! MAC def needs a color like this in the perm line, just with an amplified cream texture!
Neon 8: I love orange so I love this...prob not a hugely popular color tho, haha! I do wish it was a bit more neon and POW looking!! It needs to be amped up a bit for me to drool over it!
Refined Golden: I have to get used to this bc Warmed MSF is my favorite bronzer and this is quite different. I'm sure I will end up loving it tho bc everyone else seems to!
Bronzescape: I was initally not planning on any solar bits but my MA decided to use this on my in my makeover, and it looks amazing. Even my friend who came with me was like "OMG if u don't buy it, I will!" Although it is quite gorgeous, these things are not easy to work with, which has become common knowledge, and fallout is also such a pain!! I'm hoping with practice I can learn to use this without ending up with bronze shimmer all over my cheeks and bathroom sink!

I also got a couple Tendertones [NEW OBSESSION], a sample of Black Ore, and Pink Lemonade lipglass which is SOO pretty and looks so good over Pleasureseeker!

MY FAVES from this collection:
Lip Conditioner, Plasma Blu, Evening Aura, Expensive Pink, Magnetic Fields, Spaced Out, Summerfruit Liner

^Sorry so long!!!^ I hope this helps someone!

Now I'm debating about Pink Grapfruit and X-Rocks! Since I can't see these in person, would these work for NC35?? I just don't know if I need them.

Re: Neo Sci-fi, Solar Field, And Future Earth

Alright, i finally tried the VAE last night and I'm afraid my results weren't anything like everyone else one here that convinced me to buy it in the first place! I normally have dry but acne-prone skin, though my skin hasn't been all that dry lately with the warmer weather. I used the VAE last night and first off, the fragrance was extremely strong, not necessarily bad, but way too strong for me. I applied a small amount of the VAE and it turned into a gray paste. In terms of an exfoliator, it's actually very gentle, but as soon as I rinsed it off, my skin felt really tight and dry and then more sensitive than normal when I applied my acne stuff. The scent also lingered far too long after I washed it off. I cannot see myself using this ever again and regret buying it based solely on the hype on here. Oh well, lesson learned.

But I am going to join in on the rave for X-Rocks! Gorgeous colour, a plummy bronze-y colour that just looks like a healthy flush but can be built up if desired. A great addition to my ever growing collection of plummy blush! And I found this to be longer lasting than some other sheertone blushes that i've used in the past.

Okay I just shared this in the Dazzleglass thread but I just had to proclaim that I just scored Black Ore (along with Love Alert Dazzleglass). I'm happy. Tehe.

Agreed. I'm like between NW 15 and NW 20, and I love Spaced Out, it's gorgeous. X-Rocks seems like it would just be kind of a pain to use on light skin bc unless you use a REALLY light hand, it will look odd.

Re: Neo Sci-fi, Solar Field, And Future Earth

I went to pick up Black Ore solar bits after reading here how much everyone loves it.

The MA was extremely negative and totally turned me off. She said how much she disliked the product and that they didnt stay on, and blah blah. She said the only way to possibly make them work is with a paint as a base. I asked about a shadestick and she said no.

Well thats bull because an MA did my eyes over the weekend with the scatterrays solar bits and used a shadestick as a base. It was nice. It did have some fallout but I hate when MA's try to talk me out of something.
I was so annoyed. I bought one anyway because I wanted to try it myself.

Does anyone have any tips for how to wear it? It seems pretty dark and I'm assuming it a color that goes best in the outer crease. I'd love to hear how everyone is using it so far.
