^Once again the voice of sanity. Thanks so much for the honest breakdown of this collection. You just saved me a ton of money. I still have tons of Aquavert left and the texture of Sugarshot from your description, just convinced me to pass on it. I'm willing to put up with a less the perfect finish if the shade is truly unique (Magnetic Fields

), but not if I can find a better finish in an easily duped color. The only thing I'm remotely interested in now, is Perfect Topping. I'm definitely going in person though and not ordering online.

- Aquavert
- Lollipop Lovin'
- Sugarshot (maybe)

Do you guys think I need Aquavert if I already have Metamorph and the Corps de Colour quad "Leap" color?

Do you guys think I need Sugarshot if I already have Solar White and Pollen?

I'm not familiar with Metamorph, but have both the Corps de Colour quad with Footwork (the light green in that quad) and Aquavert. They're very different greens. Footwork is more of a light pastel green with a touch of blue and Aquavert is more of a mint green with a bit of yellow

I'm sorry if this is already asked, but did anyone compare Aquavert to Lusterleaf? I know they have different textures but I want to know how similar the colours are. I already have Lusterleaf and Warm Chill and I want to see whether it's worth getting Aquavert as well

I just placed an order on Macy's (free shipping!) and I think I bought everything I had originally wanted.

*both MSFs - I'm pale and I'm an MSF whore so that was a no brainer
*Lollipop Lovin l/s since I missed out on it the first time around
*Bubbles l/s - I think it will look great over my darker lippies
*Sugarshot e/s - I have Solar White with NO backup so I rarely use it, so this may not be exact but its close enough
*Red Velvet s/s - I love reds and pinks!!!!
*Butternutty s/s - my second favorite of the bunch

(And I got a Moss Scape p/p because I had ordered it with my last mac.com order and it ended up being out of stock.

But hopefully I will get it this time!)

If I like these 2 shadesticks, I may end up getting the other 3 as well. But I didn't want to get all 5 right now if I didn't like them.

I'm excited to get my order! This is the one thing I'm getting for myself with my tax refund.

Damn MAC for these new shadesticks. I have some older ones that I never use. And I mean NEVER. I keep telling myself that these will be better and the colors are great but that's just my mind playing tricks on me. It's the new packaging I tell you. Damn you MAC *shakes fist*
