I do kind of agree that those of us who purchased extra MLs did speed up the process of selling out, but I think there are many on here who are relying on their pre-orders (and didn't purchase online), who are going to get screwed over. Now they can look on here and purchase for cost + shipping rather than getting hosed on eBay.

I paired Firecracker with Sand & Sun. I think I even posted a picture somewhere, a gazillion pages back. It was the combo I had in mind when I got them, and what the MA did on me when I wanted to try them out at the counter. Works for me.

Yep, while I like the summer for other reasons, it's not a good season for eye makeup. That's why I'm now wanting Temperature Rising, because I realize it will be all about lips for the coming months.

Nordstrom is so dumb. I told my MA at the MAC counter that I couldn't be charged until tomorrow for my To The Beach pre-order, and he said that's fine because that's when it comes out! So we signed a preorder list and he said this meant he couldn't charge me until the 27th. Then today another MA from the counter called me because they decided to release a day early and my card was declined. Of course it was declined! I live paycheck to paycheck and I get paid tomorrow! THAT'S WHEN WE AGREED TO PUT IT THROUGH. ugh. So annoyed. They'll probably sell my stuff now before I get there tomorrow but whatever. At least I got my Marine Life online.

All of this craziness makes me not so excited about this collection anymore
I am kinda glad there is nothing coming out in June and that I only want 1-2 things til the fall collection. I think MAC and I need to go on a break. *sigh*

it's weird because at first i did not think many were even excited over this collection, i mean i was all about it because i love beachy things but i also love pink sparkly things, lol. i mean this is not the best packaging ever, it is just weird how it ended up being this crazy.

^Yeah I remember when we all found out ML was just an overspray and how many (myself included) were all like SKIP! And I can speak for myself I saw the color in person and I'm like damn I gave in! lol

Ladies, I called my freestanding store and the MA told me they got a call this morning telling them to put the collection out today!! I hate when this happens! On the bright side, she's holding 1 Marine Life for me

I was like skip until I saw it sold out on the mac canada site, and then it came back up and I was sold. Ya silly I know.

my nordies JUST called me and told me that they are putting it out today too, and since they only got four ML (!!!!!!!!), that i'd have to buy it over the phone instead of coming in for it today or tomorrow. yikeessss!!
on the plus side, that means i'm going to go there today

i already have humid, and i'm going to get shimmermoss in a pro pan from my freestanding.
i might look at rosemary and thyme, but it's perm, so i can wait. after hearing pople rave about it here, i'm thinking about looking at GAB, but will probably skip because i'm pasty and the idea of a tan/brown blush scares me.
i'll look at easy lounger and lazy day, but i have a million pink lip products already.
thinking about funbathing, but it's probably a bad color for me... but i love cremesheens.
i should total up my must have list and then my everything list, just so i'm not shocked when i get to the register!

I think you should try Lazy Day on your lips. I don't have Gaga, but a lot of people say it is more intense than Lazy Day. Lazy Day is on the sheerer side, so maybe it will work for you.
You can also put a warmer Lipgloss on top of Lazy Day. Flurry of Fun looks really cool with it.
