i don't know, but it did look like the store i was at had a pretty ridiculous amount of product. i could see the boxes the were pulling product from from the counter, and they got in waaaaay more of everything than i had been afraid they were getting. so it seems like at least this store that had an event planned ahead so they would have some of everything left after the initial rush at the preview.

One good reason to go for BR instead of OSF...now, I tried Well-dressed and didn't like it much but it was awhile ago. Heh well, might have to try it anyway.

I attended the preview event last night in Phoenix and bought a few items!!

Things were pretty hectic in the store (I'd say there were about 300 ppl in line.... nuts) so I didn't hang around, just purchased and left LOL

Here's what I got....

I havent tried anything out yet but they look amazing!!!!

I was in a bad mood yesterday and almost didn't go to the preview but I drug my sister along and was so glad I went. All those worries about stuff selling out were immediately quelled by the mua who came out yelling "whatever you want will go home with you TONIGHT"

I already knew what I wanted from swatches so I didn't end up looking at any of the other products. I wanted to but the people looking were taking so long that I just grabbed my card and went the the checkout.

I ended up with:
BOA Blush -- what I was most looking forward to
Heartless -- a last minute decision b/c I don't have any bold high end makeup reds in my collection
Toxic Tale
Violetta
Hot House
Mean & Green n/p

Happy with my choices--really wanted to take pictures but my camera died

So what's the verdict on Innocence, Beware? Thats the nude lipstick right? I'm NC20.....can i pull it off or will it go orangey-brown on me?

And any thoughts on Devilishly Stylish l/g?

With all the recent GPS talk I feel like I need to add some to my collection--I passed on these though, I need something a little more interesting--although I have to say that French Quarter does look pretty damn sexy.

You should def try DD. I don't know the finish of Media off the top of my head but DD feels so good on.

The cheat sheet is a funny thing. I think it's cool and great for people who were/are confused about what to get or what to rush to first. However, it is a matter of opinion. She loved Bad Fairy and Melon and I did not. She thought Wicked Ways was a must and I did not. I think it depends on what you already have and what colors really drive you crazy. I don't think she picked anything that was a "pass" though. I'm glad she left of BOA. Yes, it's pretty but it's not a must for someone like me who has several coral blushes that all show up wonderfully.

BoA blush is every. single. thing. I can't not rave about it enough, especially on WOC. Its is pigmented just right. None of those other coral type blushes ever showed up on me. I am trying so hard not to pick up a backup next week. I don't back up blushes, but this one is the money.

I didn't get any GPS' either with style black or those MES, so that's the only reason I'm interested in them in VV.

(threw away my list again. i give up on any sort of method to this madness.)

definitely won't go orangey-brown. it's very very pink. it's definitely more beige than hue and definitely more pink than creme d nude, which are the two colors i hear people bringing up in comparison to it. i'm nw15 and it's still a light neutral pink on me.


DS doesn't have a ton of color to it. own it's own, it's like an alternative to a clear gloss. but i like it because it's nicer and makes you look more put together than a clear gloss would. on me, it's a MLBB (and glossier). i haven't tried it on top of anything yet, so i can't speak to how it works for that.
