I went out to buy a new camera earlier (Total bust. hate the one I got. Will exchange tomorrow). I wore Heartless with Cherry lipliner and I put on some of the Cajun Cooling Powder.

My final verdict on the cooling powder is: it's nice. It's not a must have, but it's nice to have, you know? More than anything, the feel of it is worth the money more than the actual product, I say. It gives a nice, lively sheen to the skin. I wouldn't use it all over, just as a highlighter. I was so tempted to keep applying it b/c of how good it felt, but I controlled myself.

I love Heartless more now. It's so fierce. Slightly different from my other reds. I want to paint my nails with Formidable today. I just keep staring at the bottle!

I think OSF will be gorgeous on you. Looking at the pics I posted I am tempted to buy it, but I know if I put on any more than what I had in those pictures, it will look ashy. Sometimes, I can't control myself with blush.

I was also interested in those three and I plan to get Briar Rose and BoA.I have mainly pink blushes too,I'm always drawn to those shades.I'm NW 15 and have lots of freckles on my cheeks,so I feel like I need something a bit more pigmented to show up,that's why I decided against OSF.
I didn't like BoA at first,I thought it was way too bright.But the more swatches I saw,the more I thought it's wearable for me.But my mind keeps changing about whether to get it or not like every hour

This probably will be a spontaneous last minute decision when the collection is online and I place my order.

thank you all girls for your reviews and pictures! I'm finally getting a lil excited about this collection. I called my store and put BR, BOA and the light cooling powder on hold.

P.S. Is it weird that they always know who I am when I call the store? Like they friggin recognize my voice! And I don't even go to MAC that often anymore

Shontay, did you happen to see Her Own Devices? Did it seem too dark for NW15? It's creeping on to my list....

Same! I hadn't been to my counter since February and when I called, they just knew who it was. Freaky.

I don't think it'll be too dark for you at all. Actually, it looked nice even on the back of my hand. It really is a cool nude. It's not plummy or muddy looking at all.

I'll definitely get Oh So Fair. Like you, I use pink blushes all the time! Besides, I loved the packaging. It's what the mirror should be. When I think about a Disney villain, it's the Evil Queen in front of a mirror that comes to my mind.

I'm on the fence about Bite of an Apple. I think it'll be too dark for me

I'm passing on Briar Rose because I already own Summer Rose and don't use it enough (maybe because I hate the packaging - long history)

I felt this way also. Then I just realized, I bought Oh So Fair - it has the Evil Queen on it and has a mirror inside! So it's like I have the mirror I wanted them to make - but with a bonus powder inside!!

I also want to THANK EVERYONE for the swatches, reviews, pics, etc.!!! Since I can't make it to a Mac store or counter; I'll I've to order online and I appreciate all the help on swatches, etc.

They aren't alike..sorry!

Orgasm is more like a medium rosey pink with gold, whereas Strange Potion is an opaque coral with subtle white pearl

I'm having to pick between two things: Violetta and Her Own Devices. I know it seems like an obvious choice since Violetta is around all the time, but I don't have a PRO store near me, and I really want to use it with Revenge is Sweet. On the other hand, I rarely use nude shades, so Her Own Devices may not get much love. But, I should have at least one nude for contouring and shading, right? This is a hard one! I should go with HOD, huh?

EDIT: I'm just gonna get Violetta. It'll get way more love than HOD will.

And I added Toxic Tale and nixed Mean and Green. I'm not a huge nail polish lover. Will call MAC tomorrow to update my list. I feel so annoying.

it is lighter and less pink, but on me (nc35), it seems more wearable? I always want nude rose to work, and it just doesn't on my skin.
