Ok WTF?! I went to nordies today to pre order, and as the girl opened the pre-order binder there was a price list, and everything was ridiculously expensive! The lipsticks, e/s and l/g were $18, BPs were $30 and nail polishes were like $14.50, etc. I was like, "those are the prices??" and she was like "yea, they have gone up a bit"--- a bit!?!? A $4 hike for lipsticks doesn't seem right! Anyways it was just a typed out page, not an official Mac document, so I'm thinking that maybe that is Canadian prices?

Can anyone who has bought already confirm the prices? I see on temptalia that lipsticks are only $15.50...

I totally recommend you pale girls get Dark Deed! I have a lipstick from NYX called "Snow white" and its a blood red and looks awesome! I am NC20-25 for reference

So I added 3 more things to the stuff I already got (from the CP a super sweet girl did for me during the unveiling party. Can't wait to get my goodies! They should be here Tuesday or Wednesday

) She is also helping me with this other CP yaay!

So my final list/haul is:

Ok I can not decide, between Strange Potion and Dark Deed. I can only get one, as my list is already in crazy town territory. I know they are nothing a like. Which one would you ladies choose?
If it helps I'm really pale with dark hair. I've never been color matched at MAC but I'm guessing I would be in the 15 range.

That's weird! I think those are the Canadian prices.

mmm I really think for this fall/winter Dark Deed will look awesome on you! Strange potion is also really nice so its a tough choice! But it also depends on what you have more on your collection. Do you have peachy/corally lipglosses? Do you have dark vampy sexy lipsticks?

My first time pre-ordering!

I didn't expect to see the collection, but when I got there, my favorite MAs showed us the items in a basket! I was super excited! Too bad, nobody was allowed to touch them.

But boy, they were gorgeous!

The funny thing was after I got back to my car, I thought "where was Bite of an Apple?". It was not in the basket. I think I have to go back there later or order whatever online. I may want more.

No problem! Besides Dark Deed can be used lightly so it looks like a stain and with a lipgloss on top can look really nice also and less intense if you don't feel comfortable at first

I definitely want to buy the Bad Fairy nail polish, Strange Potion lipglass, and the Revenge is Sweet lipglass. I can't wait to see the collection in the store!

I just want to thank you all from turning me from a "I don't want anything from this collection" girl into a "OK, maybe one thing (um...one thing?!...who am I kidding

!) to say I got something from this Disney collection" girl.

When I saw promo pics way back when, all I wanted were the polishes. Then that changed because of recent polish purchases (Chanel, MAC np) I have yet to wear. Then, from there it went from just wanting Bad Fairy np a few days ago...now to...lol...maybe all three again after seeing these recent swatch pics:

The lipstick shades still scare me...especially TT and Violetta...I think TT would be too bright for me. Im liking Violetta more though...

Ooo and BR, OSF, and BoaA look pretty too...though I rarely wear blush...Im guessing the bp can be used as a blush...

My list will be short...Hot House and Bad Fairy for sure, Strange Potion and the other polishes are maybes

Dark Deed is a very pretty burgundy color if you don't have darker lipsticks in your collection. Strange Potion is a soft coral that's very similar to Jazzed lipstick. If you already have Jazzed, I think you can pick up Dark Deed instead. Here's a swatch compare...
