I haven't gotten an e-mail, and MAC has taken the $ out of my acct so I'm hoping I get all my items. Just out of curiosity, I searched on E-bay for BOA, and folks are selling them for $40-$60. (One seller has like 5.) That really ticks me off that people are such opportunists. Grrrr.

^That doesn't really matter that it still says pending. Mine says that all the time...& most times I will already have my package. MAC is just delayed in updating thats all.

To be fair, I got a call back from MAC Pro in NYC and this guy was very nice and apologetic about the lost box. They had the address correct, so it's clear UPS messed up.

So, they aren't all bad at Pro. And although I'd like to smack UPS upside the head, the lady who helped me was also very nice. I can't generalize.

Since it takes 1-8 days to resolve a lost box, it will most likely be another Clark Griswold-esque run to Wallyworld oops, the MAC counter tomorrow at 9:30. Very limited stock awaits!

So i think it's fair to say mac made only like 1500 boa blushies for 5, 789, 987 people. It's so messed up that u had to order the first hour that it was up to get everything .. not cool mac. And i highly doubt they're going to restock everything right now

My husband said, "You get packages from UPS delivered safely all the time and the only one that you've been eagerly awaiting gets lost??" Yeah, a little strange, don't you think? I always did like those damn evil characters, and maybe karma is having some fun with me.

Anyway, no refund yet. If it comes and I have doubles, I'll just sell them at cost. If at the end of eight days it doesn't turn up, they'll call off the trace and I'll be refunded.

Yeah but maybe I've been studying MAC too hard. There's lot of other stuff out there. I think I need to widen my view. Bottom line is yes, MAC has great, unique items. BUT, they are making very unenjoyable to buy from them.

I completely understand considering the situation. When you lose packages and service is bad and not meeting demand, it can create unenjoyable moments :see my above message about backorder-I am bitter but I just trying to push through the pain:

I got my backorder email for BR. I tried to cancel my whole order but the girl told me the in stock items had already shipped even though their website says pending. I really should just trust my local store and stop dealing with the website!
