i just have to take a bit of a break (usually only a couple mins). i use my hands, and lick here and there, but i just need to get my jaw moving normally again. I had upper and lower jaw surgery when i was a teenager, so my jaw locks and i get stifness and pain in it frequently, so i dont think theres too much i can do to stop it.
