^^ I had a pumpkin spice lollipop! Love it! I looked for the swatch of Gabrielle at karla and temptalia. Is it very sheer? I have pigmented lips so I fear if it's sheer it will just give me some shine. The holiday pale pink rouge automatique is very sheer to so I passed.

I found it sheer so I also passed but now I'm regretting it...I don't own a single Rouge Automatique!

The holiday RA does look extremely sheer. Even Mitsouko from the regular line (which is quite sheer) has more pigment. I do highly recommend the Automatiques, though. It's a great formula. It's not as long-lasting as they claim, but it's very nice, a livelier, more modern option to the Rouge G's (which I also love).

I love the packaging so definitely need to check out the permanent range! Looking at swatches I'm gravitating more towards the coral/oranges!

MissQQ, thanks, I will look at the powder again and compare them. My tester was still very new so it might have been the overspray. HerGreyness, how are you doing? Hope you have some time to enjoy life a bit :)

I got a mini Coque D'or RA and I'll be wearing it soon! :)

bis - Yeah it could be the overspray. It felt very smooth on my fingers, and the MA used it on my undereyes, which had concealer and fine lines, and it didn't look cakey.

The nice thing about Gabrielle is that you can build it up. Just a light swipe across your lips is nice for everyday or use a a heavier hand for a richer color. It is not sheer like the Coco Shines.

Just bought Beige Lame and I adore it! I've never even considered backing up an eyeshadow before, but I can quite easily see myself wearing this every day for work with some black liquid liner

I was in House Of Fraser this evening just to hand in a prize draw entry (special event thing as Santa arrived in the shopping centre with his reindeer and we had the big lights switch-on) and I just had to swatch the new Chanel highlighting powder having read good things about it on here. It feels so incredibly soft to the touch! Unfortunately, at that price I'm going to have to leave it in the shop

It is crazy expensive but they're are many other alternatives. Tis the season of highlighters! ;)

I just saw where Chanel.com listed a larger/wider compact mirror with Raffinee ls as a gift set. Blah, I would have liked to have gotten that when I ordered my bu of Raffinee

Interesting. Well at least it's no bargain, same prices as for just Raffinee + the other mirror. It'd be worse if it was less for this combo that just popped up after you bought your backup...something Chanel rarely seems to do. What is the point of that RCS set of 4 for $128? Pick out your own faves...you'll pay the same price.

LOL I know it makes no sense.I think I am going to pick up Marine if we go shopping at all this weekend. Not sure if I can handle the throngs of people.

Winthrop44 At least they could have offered a cute bag with the RCS's.

I want really the mirror that comes with Raffinee but, I don't want Raffinee. I like the rectangular shape better than the square shape double facettes mirror. All Chanel has to do is offer free shipping and I am sure I will order it.

Is it just me or my browser or is something really wrong with NM site?

I can't click the picture featuring the Velvets nor can I even find them. And, I couldn't find Famous in the Holiday Collection section.
