anyone have the measurements of the clear makeup fafi bags? I ordered the $25.00 "M" sized bag and just got the order from UPS and it looks small, im wondering if they sent me the wrong sized bag :/

I think the Clearly Fafi Bags are around 4.5" x 3.5" for the mini and 7 x 5.2 for the small.

I got a bag. I bought the little dolls, I have no idea why I bought them, I have no use for them... and I got the white bag.

So far, I didn't buy one Fafi cosmetic though. I may go back and look again but the display was already dirty and it turned me off from trying.

So i finally got to see the lipsticks in person and took me awhile to like utterly frivolous..it looked soo bright and weird. But i think I added too much.. So i walked around. I took off the lipstick, then put one swipe and it looks soooo prettyyy! Then i tried not so innocent and omg, its really pretty. It's very subtle but there is color in it, its kind of a duochrome pink. I love it! I ended up buying not so innocent and sugar trance. The bf already bought me utterly frivolous, sassed up ipp, hipness blush, fafi eyes2 , and cult fave.

i took a glimpse of it today at the mall
i wasnt very impressed
it was a cute line and packaging
but i would have thought the colors would
be outrageous pinks and oranges ya know?

any one else think it wasnt impressive?

Yeah, I wasn't as impressed as I thought I was going to be either. Though I do like some of the colors and the packaging is cute. I purchased the "High Top" Liptick (Glaze) today. Its a really interesting color that kind of reminds me of Palatial (that's probably spelt wrong) Lip Glass. I'm pretty happy with it; but over all i think they could have done something a little more interesting. I was also a little bumbed out about the doll... they all have the same pose...

I am so in love with Girl Friendly P/P ... to the point where I'm going to have to get a backup. My very first! It also totally sold me on the cream formula paint pots in general ... soooo nice feeling! I also picked up Hipness blush, because it's not like any of my mother blushes.

High Top is a very interesting color but I hate the formula ... I might have B2M'd for it, but I couldn't bring myself to buy another glaze or super sheer lustre formula lipstick. I'm very happy with my mini haul.

Hi! I ordered a few orders on-line from the Fafi line. Just received my 1st order Strawbaby(which I love!

) & Utterly Frivolous(not so great on me

). I'm debating if I should get Sugar Trance lipgloss? Wondering if it's similiar to White Magic lipglass from McQueen collection?

I have finally had a chance to actually USE *some* of my Fafi stuff I picked up last Sunday. Sorry, I don't have any FOTDs, but hopefully this weekend...

Utterly Frivolous - This one IS a bit daunting at first because it is kind of bright if you apply MORE than one layer. But its a beautiful pinky-coral shade. And if you want to tone down the brightness a bit, Sugar Trance l/g looks great over it. I personally love it & find it compliments Hipness blush very nicely.

Fun n Sexy - Its exactly as the name says - fun AND sexy! Its a bright magenta pink with blue pearl. Again, it can be quite bold if you apply more than 1 layer, but 1 layer alone looks gorgeous to me. The blue pearl in it is quite apparent - as you move, the light catches each pearl & reflects bluish-purple. Its HOT! I haven't tried it with any lipglass over it yet.

Strawbaby - This one is definitely more of a rose than a coral. I would say almost a light plum rose. The rainbow pearl in this one made me love it. Its probably the best "everyday" lipstick of the collection, at least IMO. It matches quite well with Squeeze It l/g.

Nice Vice - Not as purple as I hoped for, but I knew that when I bought it. Its more of a dirty plum shade. I wore it with Trax e/s & it made Trax stand out like whoa.

Cash Flow - Very similar to Uppity f/l, but more of a dirty gold. It makes a great base for pretty much anything.

Fafi Eyes 1 - For some reason, Pink Venus seems a little more easy to work with than the Pink Venus I have in the pot. *shrugs* Hey & Howzat are obviously the stars of this quad. Hey makes a great wash or highlight color & Howzat is a great crease color. I used all shadows in the quad a couple days ago & came out with a semi-neutral look that was very pretty AND suitable for work.

Hipness - I've used it every day since I bought it. I looove this color. Its very pigmented & perfect for springtime. A coral with slight pinky-peach undertones.

Sassed Up - I don't like it. I wanted to like it, but it just doesn't work for me. I'm an NC25 &I get virtually NO color payoff from this IPP - just glitter. The only reason I'm keeping it is for the case.

I also went in & bought the small makeup bag. I had no where to put all my Fafi items, so I'm just keeping all the items with special packaging in the bag. I want to say that its between 6-7 inches long and about 4-5 inches tall. It holds all my special packaging items perfectly. The mini bag is wayyy tiny, so I didn't bother.

Thanks so much! This did help. I will be heading to MAC this weekend for some pots and more FAFI stuff. I tried concealer this morning and it helped quite a bit, I can only imagine with a paint pot!

Finally received my order...I'm in love with everything! And, I didn't think the lipsticks had as much glitter in them as one of the MUA told me they had. It definitely was not chunky over-the-top glitter at all. It seemed like the glosses made my lips look sexy full and plumper.

Now I loved Utterly Frivolous - if you do just a light coat on your bottom lip & rub/smack both your lips together, it gives a very pretty light pink strawberry color

Cult Fave is just the prettiest girly pink. I put it over Fun N sexy and its beautiful.

Sugar Trance is just that pretty day light fleshy pink shimmer which makes the other lipstick colors even prettier when layered.

Totally It - pretty darn close to the barbie color, but I still love it too.

The New SE Viva Glam lipgloss is just beautiful! It's a light lavender/pink color - 2 coats is gorgeous!

I was so afraid this collection was going to be too bright for me, but each color can be worn as sheer or bright as you want. It's a great collection IMO

By the way, Nice Vice is now sold out on the website. Good thing I ordered mine when I did.

CantAffordMAC, I have to thank you for your comments about Not So Innocent and Sugar Trance. I went to the store and gave them a brief look, tried them on the back of my hand and walked out. I have so many nude l/s and glosses, I wasn't interested.

After reading your description, I went back to the store and actually tried wearing them. I ended up buying two of each! I adore them and wouldn't have tried them without reading your post.... so thank you again!

I received Flash-N-dash today and it's a *much* better shade on me than Utterly Frivolous, but it's too glittery. It looks okay inside but in the sun...yowza! Maybe if I was younger I'd feel differently.

I have this color and love it but I didn't wear it alone. I actually popped a little Gold Mode pigment in the middle and topped with clear lipglass. I think it really made it more wearable. Applying clear lipglass in general makes A LOT of colors more wearable.
