April, I got my Demoniac e/l off e-Bay. I bought a tester version and paid less than retail. I've had no issues with it. Funny thing too, April...I sometimes regret my enormous MAC hauls, but I've not felt one ounce of regret for my enormous Chanel haul, which has to be my biggest haul, or at least darn close, of any makeup (cost-wise) ever!

That's just so interesting about the JCs. My Rose Petale is definitely the pink version. I'm actually the opposite of Karla, I like the pinker version. I'm lucky enough to own Narcisse, too...again, one of those 'accidental LE' purchases I lucked into. Narcisse shows up pretty well on me, although it is light pink. I really don't have much natural coloring to my cheeks, unless I'm exercising. Then I turn bright pink, lol!

Well I had a fun day. I finally picked up Orchid Rose blush, Espresso & Cassis waterproof el, the new line repair serum. Plus I got to see the new MAC mineral es & blushes & cremesheens

Yes agree with April & all. I love my Chanel purchases so much more than anything. Its like you have this wonderful luxury item. I haven't bought any MAC for awhile. But, I must say that the new es trios & a couple blushes are beautiful.

Yep, its official - I am a Chanel addict now

I'm hoping to get the serum during Nordie's anniversary - I love that stuff. I've been using my samples since I got them, and I'm really liking it along with the rest of the products in that line. My wallet is screaming at me........

I am looking forward to the new MAC mes and blushes - I heard they are quite nice! Did you pick out a couple?

Let me know how you like Orchid Rose and Cassis - I haven't used my OR yet (just got it yesterday) but plan to for tomorrow's look. Is this the first Espresso you've owned? I think it was my first Chanel eyeliner......it's a staple for me....but I LOVE Cassis!

I'm even thinking of a backup.......unless it's perm

It's so true. DH was commenting the other day that I seemed to have made the switch, which frightens him given the cost... but I have been so much more selective when getting my Chanel goodies. I was getting really out of hand with the MAC collections, spending a couple hundred dollars sometimes on one collection, and given the sheer volume of LE colllections, that can really add up.

So I've reconsidered my wish list for the fall collection, and I've added Pink Teaser glossimer to the list. So far then, it'll be that, Rose Dentelle and Pink Explosion. Also considering Petite Peche, but wanted to ask anyone here that has it how they're liking it so far?

Also wanted to ask if anyone has the single e/s in Amethyst. I'm really in the mood for a good purple shadow, so I'm considering this with Silage instead of Trace (I'm out of the brown e/s phase as quickly as I entered it!)

The only other Chanel liner I had was a black aqua liner a loooong time ago. I love the brown color of the espresso liner a lot. same with cassis.
I went to a different mall & the Dillards counter OR swatched a gorgeous pale dusty violet neutral pink on me

which is what I wanted.

I LOVED 4 of the blushes & many of the new MAC MES!

2 pink ls & 2 pink cremesheen glosses were

we'll see though.

Yes, I am very selective of my Chanel items & swatch a few times & then think about it

But never ever regret any of them.

Your list has all good color choices. I did not swatch the purple es.

Oh man, I really want to go tomorrow and buy Chalys and maybe Pink Explosion and/or Cassis but it's supposed to be damn near 98 degress here tomorrow. I'm taking public transit, so that doesn't sound too appealing. I get frustrated and cranky when it's too hot, but I want my stuff now!

I fell in love with the single e/s when I went to finish my haul on Saturday. That's dangerous territory for me, but I just couldn't help it!

For some reason Amethyst was MIA, so I'll have to go back and check it out some other time...soon. I did find this review/swatch of it though, and it looks and sounds lovely. I didn't know it was a duochrome, so awesome!

So I finished my Fall haul and it ended up being bigger than anticipated...whoops.

I picked up Rose Dentelle, Pink Teaser and Rose Dilemma for lippies. Love them all, the Rose + Rose combo is perfect for an everyday pink lip. Petit Peche was pretty, but SO sheer. On my lips I couldn't even see any color, just sparkle. I have a ton of sheer sparkly glosses, so I passed. Chintz and Rose Dentelle were quite similar (as expected). Chintz came out slightly more nude/peach on my lips and RD was pinker, which was what I wanted so I went with that one. I liked Chalys, but it was a bit too warm/orange and I'd have to play with it some to make it work on my lips. It didn't totally wow me by itself, so I passed. I also picked up Mythic, finally, and love it. What a fantastic nude shade!

I started playing with the single e/s (to put in the welcome to Chanel present for my sister in law) and fell in love with them. The texture is awesome and I like the subtle pulled together interesting elegance of the color range. I picked up Taupe Grise (no brainer, I love anything taupe) from the Fall collection and Safari (not sure if this is perm or was a left over from some other collection?).

I didn't get Vert Khaki, but I really liked it. Sometimes greens can look wonky on my eyes, but this shade was complex and dirty enough to work. I think it would make a stunning eye combo with Khaki, and I'm pretty sure I'll cave soon and get both of them. I also really liked Slate, Cinnamon and Sillage...all 3 of them will have to make their way to my home at some point.

I wanted Cassis but they were already sold out (wow!), so I'll be ordering that from the website...probably with Khaki and Vert Khaki!

I already ordered and received Pink Explosion, Enigma and Paradoxal and all 3 are huge winners for me. PE is such a perfect pretty everyday pink blush. This is my first JC and I love the texture! It gives me just the right amount of color and seems to kind of melt into my skin. Enigma is a must have for me, without a doubt. I love smokey eyes and this quad is ideal (I especially love the 2 bottom colors). Also, I can see all of these shades working in the crease with more matte tones on the lid to make an awesome less smokey eye. Paradoxal is stunning! The taupe-purple-mauve-grey-brown color is so unique and complex, I can't wait to use this in a mani.

Anyway, huge haul for me and I love everything. Sorry this post was so long!

I'm pretty sure Safari is perm. I had it at one point in time, but sold it off. Same with Abricot. Abricot never really looked good on me, but I'm not quite sure why I got rid of Safari.

Maybe I'll track it down again, someday.

You're making me rethink Petit Peche, maybe I'll just get Pink Teaser for now from the glossimers!

And I'm pretty sure Safari is permanent as well, it's been around a while. It's caught my eye a few times!

Yes it does! It looks more soft violet neutral dusty pink. I even mentioned it to the nordies chanel lady - but they don't get it. I think they just think I'm crazy or something

But they all swatched differently to me.

I ended up getting mine at Dillards.

I could not rave enough about the UC Line Repair concentrate (serum) It makes the skin look so smooth & radiant. It makes the neck/upper chest area skin look amazing!

Now if I could have it in like....a bubble bath container for my whole body
