I thought I would post this look here even though it's mostly MAC (and I think the majority of us here are both MAC as well as Chanel addicts

) - not quite up to putting it in the FOTD thread.

I've really been wanting to do a 'pink' eye, and was determined to make it work! I would change up the lip next time, but overall I was satisfied with how my eyes came out.......

My hair looks dorky - I never remember to do anything with it before I take the snap

- I usually check the mirror before I walk out the door!

Very pretty look, Cheryl! I haven't mastered pink on the eyes yet -- but I love it on you! I also love the lips -- I can imagine that lip combo would be amazing with a smokey eye also! Thank you for sharing!

Does Chanel still have the Pink Satin blush? I just love the name -- and such a pretty shade of soft pink

I got Pink Satin from ebay - a tester version - I've been wearing it non-stop!!! I think the girl had about 8 left - she's from Michigan - I got it in like 2 days.

I love that you are always such a wealth of information!!

I wish Venus would have remained in the permanent line! Maybe I should get Pink Teaser for my hot pink fix!

I tried to take pics -- but something was off with the lighting and my flash kept bouncing off the mirrored compacts. I'll try again later! I really love the colors of everything. I haven't swatched the hot pink blush -- it is bright!! I think with a skunk brush and a light hand it will work. I am excited to try out Call Me blush (shimmery peach) and I also got one called Tease that is kind of a lavendar-ish -- hmmm, don't know how that one will look on (but so pretty in the pan) -- maybe with a subdued grey smokey eye??
Must check out Pink Satin blush! Why am I such a sucker for pink blushes??

I think you could do Tease just as you said - did you get Happy Together from ITG? I think that's the one.........

Pink Satin is soooo pretty - I should probably swatch it for you - I don't have good light now, and will be out of town tomorrow and Wednesday, but maybe on Thursday......it's a very soft pink color, kinda like it sounds. It's very buildable too. I just love it! The girl on ebay also offers free shipping - I think I paid $25 for it (remember, it's a tester 'refill' - just comes in a bubble, not the black plastic thingie).

And I'm a sucker right there with ya!

Taupe brown is lovely -- but there are so many many dupes for this color that it doesn't warrant the price.. jmho

MAC's Club is unique in that it has that pearlescence which can change depending on what it is paired with

Yes, they do seem to end up being drying/patchy.

Aw, that's so sweet of you. She really completes my life. It's awesome because we wear the same size clothes & shoes so I give her shoes & clothes that I buy but end up not wearing. She is over her phase with Bobbi brown cosmetics now & is totally into Chanel
