Wow, I had to clear my temporary internet file and refresh to get all the new posts!

Anyway, I went back a third time to the MAC counter today to pick up the 214 brush. It had already sold out at my nearest counter, but mainly because they only received 3 of them! And the counter i went to only had 2 last night and they put one aside for me. This sort of thing doesn't normally happen around here, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Anyway, to add to the 214 and my already significant BBR haul, I got Knight e/s (as planned) and also Deep Shade e/s and Strawberry Blonde l/g. I really have no will power at all.

Ah well, despite getting a good chunk of this collection, I only actually payed for 2 e/s and the 226, sooo... not too bad me thinks!

I had no intentions of getting Deep Shade at all, but two of the MA's there had it on and it looked sooo nice. Damn it! It looked great with Henna, which I think is on the promo pic as well. And then I thought of how nice it would look over Electro Sky PP, and well, there ya all go! I also need to mention that while I haven't used Henna on me yet, on the MA, it looked different than Sumptuous Olive, definitely a bit lighter.

The SA also asked me if I wanted to book a makeover for Hello Kitty! Um, no, considering I'm supposed to be on a no-buy now, that would not be a good idea!

nope. they are not that similar. red devil is definitely more pink and less orange

the smaller "blob" on the top right is shine manish and the bigger "blob" is red devil

Redhead MSF is the clear winner in this collection.

I burst into my store early this morning. I was like a kid on Christmas day. I didnt care for anything else; I had to get my greedy little paws on Redhead MSF. I think I want a back up. I'm so bad. But I've never seen a MSF like this and I have tons of them. I'm in love with this one

It was so disappointing, I haven't had a chance to see this in person as of yet. I went to my local counter [in the Bay] at lunch yesterday but they still hadn't received their stuff--so I bought a few perm items. I'm planning on going into work tomorrow

so I may just have to take a swing by the MAC counter and see if they have em, I REALLY want both redhead lippies, and will have to see the shadows in person. Priorities are Henna and Knight. Then Ill look at the msfs, though I barely use what I have right now, so I wonder if they'd just continue to sit.

Excited and hopeful!!! [but I did already order Red Devil, Straw Blonde and Live & Dye l/g online--again, that free code worked and is awesome!!]

Every time I think my list is getting shorter... it gets longer.

I am more excited about the Redhead MSF too than about the other two MSFs. My Petticoat MSF has a decent amount of veining. I might not even need the Blonde one.

I have to rethink my list! Is it February already?

I bought Femme-Fi, Live and Dye, and the 226.

The 226 is an absolute MUST HAVE. Perfect brush for working in the outer corner!

I also LOVE Live and Dye, even though its probably not a must have for everyone. I didn't really have a gloss like it and its my second lipglass that I actually like (first being Sock Hop)! Does anyone find that the LE lipglasses are less goopy and more comfortable to wear? Maybe it's just me.

Femme-Fi is beautiful but not necessary if you have rice paper (which I do). I'm glad I got it though, because it goes better with plummy shadows like sable (where ricepaper would be too yellow I think).

This collection was quite nice and I'm glad I was rather restrained

Does anyone know a close dupe for Live and Dye? Its almost clear with a touch of light pink...so perfect for me

Maybe if they would've launched BBR on the original Tues. things may be different for the on-line sales. But, because they didn't launch it until later, people ordered from Nordies, or went to their stores instead.

^^ yep just picked up my Blonde MSF from Nordies Customer Service I did the pick up at store and I was telling him about the discount ...and he said well let me adjust this for you and he gave me a 25% discount on the MSF YEAHHHH cost me $21 versus $28 ...that was pleasant surprise!!!

That is such a GREAT comparison shot! I love Shine Manish, but now I'm really really happy that I got Red Devil - its gorgeous
