I love Tropic Glow too! I also really liked Turquatic Heat and I'm not usually a fragrance person. I think GlamYOURUs means she already ordered Gulf Stream online so doesn't need two/the second one she received by mistake today?
Edited to say: Rollickin' paint pot and Sea Me shadestick are both still available online from Nordstrom if anyone wants them and can't find them locally
Any ideas for a base for Warm Chill that would emphasize the "Warm"? I think Greenstroke would just make it cooler looking on me....would Lucky Jade or Moss Scape work better - or should I stick with Bare Study?

ok so i went to the mac store today YAY! ive been waiting for forever for this collection, i only got Tropic Glow and Warm Chill though. They havent recieved Gulf Stream at my store, which is a shame so i guess ill check back later. Tropic Glow is a really nice pink and perfect for summer as its relatively sheer. Warm Chill is gorgeous but needs a few coats to show up. I wasnt too big on Cool Heat, i have parrot and i dont use it that much so i figured i didnt need another teal. oh well

I tried a look with some of the colors from the collection.
I put Rollickin PP on the lid to bring the Warm Chill out. Chile, Boooo!!!! Talk about SHEER. You can see the rollickin more than anything else. It shows right through the Warm Chill. It doesn't even look green.
SO OFF-TOPIC: Gosh I am having such a hard time with applying my makeup and its depressing me. My eyelids are so freakin huge and they protrude. Ugh, I need help!!

I just got back from the MAC Freestanding store in Seattle and I am giddy! I seriously can't wipe the smile off my face from all of the gorgeousness that is these shadows! I swear that someone up above knew I needed a 15% off coupon for the Cool Heat collection as I haven't been this excited about a collection in a long time. What can I say I am a lover of teals, blues, and greens!
Here is what I got:
Solar White x2 - I am in love with Pollen eye shadow and I think that this one is going to take over as my most favorite highlighter

The girl who rung up my purchases was wearing the gorgeous combination of solar white all over the lid with cool heat and carbon on the outer lid. It looked so gorgeous that when I got home I duped the same. I can't stop staring at how awesome it looks. Oh these shadows and slimshines are to die for. But the standouts for me are solar white, cool heat, and gulf stream. I AM IN LOVE!

My favorites from the collection are Warm Chill, Gulf Stream and Solar White. I have to admit, I really like Tropic Glow too. It is a little brighter than I am used to, but I think I will like it for summer

OMG so i bought Gulf Stream today because when i ordered the rest of the colors is was still sold out online...anyway I'm in LOVE...it is such a beautiful deep teal green..it looks so pretty on my fair skin...so this is a must have if you haven't bought it already...now i'm just waiting for the rest of my colors to get here...blah...i keep checking the tracking number every hour to see where it is..lol...

So I did a quick EOTD just using solar white & Climate Blue using Gracious Me shadestick as a base. For a 5 minute eye, it looks pretty I think(excuse my brows, I know they're a mess, lol)

It never looks as bold in pics(too bad!) but I think you get the idea. The crease & liner is all climate blue, solar white as the highlight & gracious me as the lid & base up to crease
